[redacted] , enrolled in our program at the end of Jan and first payment began as of the 10th of FebShe had been consistent with all of her payments, however, her last payment was returned for account closed statusAs per, our contract we give clients days to notify us of any changes in current information on fileIf we do not receive the necessary information to process deposits for settlement purposes, clients are removed from the program and receive any money remaining in their escrow accounts [redacted] failed to get us her new bank informationThe reason for her removal is explained as, our third party company charges fees and clients money gets depletedShe was given the opportunity to resend the bank information in to get everything reopened, but choose not to listen to my Customer Service ManagerShe was rude and yelled at my staff, which will not be toleratedShe had requested that myself and my staff spend the time to go through her contract completely over the phone, when she acknowledge the contract originally when enrolling in the programWe deal with numerous consumers that require us to service there needs and we don't have the staff members to agree to her demandShe was sent the contract again and she called in with numerous questionMy Customer Service Rep, did acknowledge and answer all her questions by going through all notes on her account with herShe did receive a refund, however, was reversed for the fact of the matter that she is recalling all her deposits with her bankWe will not be sending her back any funds as we will not take any losses for our company

We provided [redacted] the information that we would provide to all of our clients in her type of situation [redacted] paid a total of $1317.00, Nsfed payments totaling $The NSFs were in November and in DecemberThe client had requested all settlement letter involved in her program, however, we only provide clients with the accounts that have actually been paid out for many reasonWe did have settlements with [redacted] ***, paying $and one with [redacted] Unfortunately, do to her consecutive NSF's, we were unable to pay [redacted] and in this insistence the client would not receive a copy of settlement on an unpaid loanWe did provide her verbatim what was exactly corresponded with the lenderWe will not provide her a signed proposal, that means we are stating it was paid to [redacted] and will not tarnish our relationships with our lendersAs for [redacted] s, they are a separate company from ours and have no control over access, client needs to call them directlyClient will not be receiving a refund, do to the history of her account and the work done

We are not accusing you of stopping payment, however, your continuation of mistreatment will not be tolerated as you have continued to be demanding of what we need to doYou havent listened to us at any point throughout our conversations.No more of a refund will be returned

This company falsely accused me if stopping payment to them so they canceled my account I provided them with the asked for signed letter from the manager of my bank stating that I did not stop paymentI have an email from the customer service rep from the company stating that she spoke to him on the phone and it is confirmed that I DID NOT stop paymentSo they ended my contract for something I did not do, have proof I did not do it, acknowledged that I did not do it but they are still trying to keep most of the money I paid them even though they are no longer providing the service which is a breach of contract I demand a full refund of my moneyNothing less is satisfactory or will be accepted

I am rejecting this response because:Your inability to keep in business with *** ** is not due to fault of me or any other consumer. You've referred to that several times trying to displace blame to them for you keeping money that you did not provide a service for. You advised that business with *** ** ended at the end of February. After you ended our contract you "attempted to save face" by offering what you are saying is the full amount to the lenders on 3-1-18. And again to reiterate, your issues with *** ** cutting business ties with you does not make it okay for you to take money from me for a contract that you did not fulfill.

I am rejecting this response because: PDLR should be shut down immediately for their practicesAfter closing the account that my PDLR payment was drawn from, I grew suspicious of themI did receive a small refund which was not close to what I have contributedOf course I called to question this, any consumer wouldI began to ask questions about the contractI was sent a copy and I still had questionsIt's my right to ask questionsI was called rude before I even started to talkI have never heard of a business being to busy to service their clients and address their needsI did call one of my pay day companies and no payment has been sent to date but PDLR indicated that they would receive a payment by June 30thI then contacted PDLR and she would not give me any information because my account was closedThat is not addressing my needsHow can I blindly continue with a company that is not transparent about their workI did speak with *** *** again today and we went through my activity
I paid approximately $by weekly from February thru May$and $were deducted and paid to PDLR my first check of the month and $and $was paid to PDLR the second half of the monthThe only third party fee that was paid on a monthly basis was a $service fee to *** ***My account was depleted by PDLR's fees with no money being disbursed to the payday companiesA copy of my account activity from *** is availableI went ahead and deposited my refund that I received with the intention of filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and contacted my bank to see what could be done if my complaint was not fulfilledAs of today, June 21, the refund of $was reversed without any notification with the exception of their rebuttal here.this is a poor business practice when that money is in fact owed to meThey just took it and charges me more fees Unbelievable Obviously I cannot no seek more than the full amount that is paid into the program so I'm not sure why the reversal took placeMy suspicion is they were unhappy I filed a claim with the Revdex.comI will make sure that proper authorities, institutions and state commissions are contacted in order to keep potential clients of PDLR from sit down business with them
