This letter is in response to complaint #[redacted], boyfriend of [redacted] client's mother, stopped into the office on 2/20/2018 demanding payment of the "client's" rent. We once again informed him that we are not paying rent at this time due to not hearing from the client...
as the client is in jail which could potentially stop his SSI payment. We had previously spoken to him several times on the phone that day regarding rent. The amount that is in question is a weekly rate of $60. The reason for the weekly rate is because Maurice and Susan have a history of receiving the full monthly rent and then kicking the client out.
