Review: I had my van painted at payless auto body shop located at [redacted]. around February of 2014 and my auto insurance paid for the paint, color sand, and buff the van. the owner of the shop and his name is [redacted] was suppose to color sand and polish the paint job but he never did because he didn't have the time and my auto insurance was pressing me to return the rental car back because they told me that they gave payless auto body shop plenty of time to finish the job and if I want to keep the rental then I would have to pay out of my pocket. Mr. [redacted] assured me that he will call me to finish the job as soon as he has the time and the space but he never did and I made several attempts to bring my van to his shop for the final stage which is the color sand and buff but his answer was I'll call you when I have the time because his problem now was that he was short on employees. I started noticing this week the paint is started to fade and there are several peeling spots so I contacted Mr.[redacted] yesterday June 24th 2015 to complain about the paint and his answer was its my fault that I didn't bring the van to the shop to have it worked on,so I reminded him about how he was suppose to call me and let me know when he has the time and man power so I can bring the van to his shop but he hung up the phone in my face So please I beg you to help me solve this issue. this paint job is not even 2 years old and I want it to look decent. thank youDesired Settlement: I would like (Pay less auto body shop) to refund the amount of repairs back to my auto insurance ([redacted] insurance company). thank you and God Bless America.

We never had an agreement made to Buff the van after it was done because the paint job and body work was excellent. But it was after a week later after pick up Mr. [redacted] asked me it I can color sand it and Buff it.I asked why? The paint looks very good he replied so it looks shiner I told him it can’t look any shiner than this because of the color it is light silver and it is shiny enough. But ensested on Buffing it and he said we will do it on a weekend together since he comes to my shop every day after hours and drink with me- I said okay lets do it and we agreed on that he would do the color sanding and I do the Buffing. But I told him can not pass over a month, the earlier the better, He agreed by saying Ok and then so suddenly he quit coming to my shop anymore I guessed he had personal family orders to not hang around with me any more. So how is this my fault? He did not show up and on June 24, 201 he left me a voicemail on his van and eather I do some thing about it or he his gonna put me in trouble! So I called him back after I heard the message and I asked him what’s going on after a little comfersation I told him now is too late to do it he said ok and done by saying goodbye to each other. I did not hung up the phone in his have like he said in his complaint*it is too late to color sand and buff after a year and ½ Mr. [redacted]’s desired settlement is to refund the money back to the insurance.How can I do that when he got $2350,- out of the check that the insurance paid I have that sum if $2350- because he was getting married and he needed that money after all he was my friend for over 23 year that why like I said he used to stop by my shop every day after hours till 8 PM drinking with me and I will say it again EVERY day any way it is a long story it I go into details I will need ten more sheetsThank you so much for reviewing my side of story I have been in this business for over 26 years and have never had this

I am rejecting this response because:what he is saying is not true.As a matter of fact it's the other way around, as I mentioned in my complaint I had to return the rental car because the insurance company gave Payless auto body ampel time as they see fit to furnish the work but Payless didn't do the job correctly and the paint is already fading and chipping. In less then one year and 4 months. And as I said in my complaint I tried numerous times to have peyless toget the job finished but Payless always had a problem with either the time or the employees and suddenly Payless stoped answering my calls. And why would Payless give me the amount of money that they have mentioned in their defense and that is a large some of money if I may add, maybe the Revdex.com should look up their bank statement for the check deposit or ask [redacted] insurance who's signature ant to whose bank was the check deposited to. I implore the Revdex.com to investigate this business for other complaints and find justice on my behalf. I just don't understand how a paint is peeling and fading less than a year and a half. Thank you
