Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The information by he business was not correctThey were never able to get the check engine light to go off for longer than hoursI am working on getting cell phone to show that I was consistently making calls to them to make sure they understood they had not solved the problemEvery time they put in a part they would them inform me that it was the wrong partthe car is a the censors we put in were for a Over and over were we finding out that what ever part we had been waiting on was the wrong partThe computer was bad and so on and so onThe mechanic was sickHe had a death in the familyTheses are reasons I was given for m I would like a y light not going offThey never understud that I was a single mother trying to get my kids to school and could not spend court less in they their waiting room I have also had to take at least days off of work for all of these repairs that dont workI would like a rent a car and Payless Auto Mart to pay for the repairs with a great mechanic and the shop of my choice Sincerely, [redacted]

This customer has previously made a complaint over months ago which I have responded to & not heard back from herThere are inconsistencies in her complaint & her accusations of contacting us times & visiting dealership times [redacted] purchased a Toyota Camry from Payless Auto Mart on 3/7/for $7,I have attached copy of Bill of Sale to reflect date & amount purchased which does not match her claimsWhen she purchased this vehicle over a year & months ago the check engine light was onWe agreed to resolve the issue on the vehicle at no charge within days of purchasingShe was aware the car was being sold and I have attached a copy of that disclosure signed by Ms [redacted] Before the days was up she had brought the vehicle in & our technician had resolved the issue which was an evap leakFew months later [redacted] came back to the dealership and said the check engine light was on againEven though the original complaint was addressed & resolved, we still tried to help herMs [redacted] was aware that we were not obligated to, but again we addressed the vehicle & that she needed to maintain her own vehicleAs far as we knew everything was resolved with the vehicleIt has been over a year & months since Ms [redacted] has purchased this vehicle and we can not take it back because of her obligation to her LenderAs I have stated prior to her last complaint, we are more than happy to help her explore her possibilities of trading in vehicle for a different oneShe will need to go through the pre-approval process to see what she can qualify forWe take pride in all our vehicles and go above & beyond for our customers to make sure they are satisfiedWe are sorry to hear Ms [redacted] was dissatisfied with her purchase & are available to discuss her options

We have called the consumer @ times now I have personally called times myself I have left messages We resolve the issues The vehicle was picked up @ weeks ago We have a full service certified garage We are now past the days and it goes to the
lender She needs to come in We have her license plates here Our calls do not get returned

I am rejecting this response because: The information by he business was not correct. They were never able to get the check engine light to go off for longer than 24 hours. I am working on getting cell phone to show that I was consistently making calls to them to make sure they understood they had not solved the problem. Every time they put in a part they would them inform me that it was the wrong part. the car is a 3.3 the censors we put in were for a 3.0. Over and over were we finding out that what ever part we had been waiting on was the wrong part. The computer was bad and so on and so on. The mechanic was sick. He had a death in the family. Theses are reasons I was given for m I would like a y light not going off. They never understud that I was a single mother trying to get my kids to school and could not spend court less in they their waiting room.  I have also had to take at least 10 days off of work for all of these repairs that dont work. I would like a rent a car and Payless Auto Mart to pay for the repairs with a great mechanic and the shop of my choice

This customer has previously made a complaint over 3 months ago which I have responded to & not heard back from her. There are inconsistencies in her complaint & her accusations of contacting us 70 times & visiting dealership 20 times. [redacted] purchased a 2005 Toyota Camry from Payless Auto Mart on 3/7/2016 for $7,995.00. I have attached copy of Bill of Sale to reflect date & amount purchased which does not match her claims. When she purchased this vehicle over a year & 3 months ago the check engine light was on. We agreed to resolve the issue on the vehicle at no charge within 30 days of purchasing. She was aware the car was being sold as-is and I have attached a copy of that disclosure signed by Ms. [redacted]. Before the 30 days was up she had brought the vehicle in & our technician had resolved the issue which was an evap leak. Few months later [redacted] came back to the dealership and said the check engine light was on again. Even though the original complaint was addressed & resolved, we still tried to help her. Ms. [redacted] was aware that we were not obligated to, but again we addressed the vehicle & that she needed to maintain her own vehicle. As far as we knew everything was resolved with the vehicle. It has been over a year & 3 months since Ms. [redacted] has purchased this vehicle and we can not take it back because of her obligation to her Lender. As I have stated prior to her last complaint, we are more than happy to help her explore her possibilities of trading in vehicle for a different one. She will need to go through the pre-approval process to see what she can qualify for. We take pride in all our vehicles and go above & beyond for our customers to make sure they are satisfied. Hi I wanted to deny the businesses offer because , they have not called me once since they fixed the car . Everytime the car was in their possession I had to call each time to ask were they done.  They just contacted me yesterday 5/26/17 to let my know the license plates were there , the car is not even running nor will start.  It broke down the same day I received it from them. The first time I got the car and it broke down within a week I asked can I just trade it out and they stated no , and they were going to just keep looking at it. Each time I receive the car it has broken down either the same day or a few days after. I have not been able to even drive the car because it's broken.

I purchased a car with the stipulation that Payless auto mart/repair would get the check engine light to go off. It is almost two years later and the light has never gone off for longer than 24 hours. Payless Auto mart has lied and said that they did get the check engine light to go off and that I am experiencing a different problem. I am getting the same code numbers from every computer scan that I have ever got. They tried to do numerous repairs and it never worked. now that I have contacted the Revdex.com, Payless auto mart says they are no longer willing to help me.GET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TO GO OFF.
