I am rejecting this response because:
To whom it may concern regarding my claim that you have now closed I have been trying to get answers from warranty company regarding this matter I've been speaking with my mechanic, the dealership wants no blame in this matter I have spoken to three people at the warranty company they all say the same thing not obligated to tell me anything only thing they say for this matter is that it is pre-existing why am I being blamed and penalized for previous owners repairs on this vehicle according to my mechanic when repairing the crankshaft bolt, noticed the crank hole for the bolt was previously drilled he called the warranty company spoke with Nick and told him what he has saw Nick said just replace the bolt mechanic said that may not work because the bolt hole to the crank was drilled and bigger than the bolt prior to me purchasing this vehicleNick authorize him to put new bolts in anyway and let's see what happens two days later same thing happened the bolt came out my mechanic now put in a new claim to replace everything the warranty company says it's considered pre existing how is this considered pre-existing someone here is playing games warranty company should be responsible for repairs this is why I pay them also the dealership should be responsible in this matter I believe that this case should stay open until my vehicle is repaired I have been without one since January I feel that I am NOT responsible for a previous owners bad choice in mechanics we ask car buyers do not take apart an engine before purchasing one this is what this warranty company would have liked me to have done I believe they just do not want to pay for this repair I really do hope that you can help me in this process I'm finding who will be responsible for my vehicle repairs

Miss *** is not understanding,The warranty company has rejected her claim because her mechanic previously repaired the same part the week before submitting the second claimIt is not a repair that was done by the previous owner or the dealership, it was done by MISS *** mechanicThe warranty company will not pay for the same repair twice within the same weekThe blame for the substandard repair on your vehicle lies with your mechanic who should guarantee his work

Ms*** had her vehicle towed to Georges Auto Repair On *** *** ** *** ** and had made a warranty repair claim for the following - TOWED IN, NO POWER STEERING, ALTERNATOR LIGHT - The DIAGNOSIS: TIMING GEAR (BROKEN) $TIMING GEAR BOLT (BROKEN) $7.85, TIMING BELT (CHEWED UP)$This
repair was authorized by the warranty company and the repair was completed by Georges in CliftonHowever about two weeks later on 01/18/Ms*** had brought the vehicle back to Georges and the diagnosis was for the same crank bolt and pulley that was not repaired correctlyThe repair was submitted again to the warrantySince this repair has already been done two weeks prior the warranty stated that the DAMAGE FROM PREVIOUS REPAIR NOT COVERED, CRANK BOLT AND PULLEY NOT COVEREDWe advised Ms*** that her problem is not with us but Georges in CliftonHad this been a pre existing condition in the vehicle at purchase it would have been brought to our attention the first time the vehicle was repairedMs *** is looking for someone to pay a second time for the same exact repair including the same parts that was already doneNeither Payless Auto Wholesale or Penn Warranty should be held responsible for this mechanics sub standard repairProof of both the warranty claims are available at your requestFeel free to contact me with any questions or if you need additional information

Mr [redacted] purchased a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. Mr [redacted] has a 90 day warranty which covered the entire repair.

I am rejecting this response because:
Every word is untrue. 1) I requested several times to show the car to my mechanic and each time I was refused. 2) The test drives were 2 minute rides around the block. 3) I contacted the dealership THE VERY NEXT DAY with the list of concerns. 3) The sign on the wall did not provide conditions on the 7-day policy. 4) I was told everything would be fixed, specifically, the tie rods. But almost nothing was fixed and despite repeated reassurances that the tie rods would be replaced, they were not even touched. 5) When I confronted Les, I was told that he would not speak to me until I removed the negative internet reviews of his business -- this violates several laws and regulations. 6) Since I first contacted Revdex.com, another bunch of issues have surfaced, demonstrating once again that Payless purposely and intentionally sold me a defective car.That Payless responded to this Revdex.com complaint only now, months after I first made this complaint, demonstrates the bad faith and poor business practices of this car dealership. Considering that I filed this Revdex.com complaint so long ago, and that Payless only responded now, after the response-window has closed, I plan to commence a lawsuit against Payless shortly.
