on the evening of 2/**/17 [redacted] called us to schedule a service on her septic system. we had an in depth conversation about what was going on at her home, she stated she was having a septic backup, the conversation was very professional and respectful on both sides. reason she could possibly be having a problem a year later is the age of the system and the drainage slows down substantially as the house ages. once a house reaches 25-35 yrs old the systems do fail and need to be serviced regularly. I thought I did a great job explaining to mrs morgan. as a matter of fact [redacted] then booked a service call for the next morning and told us she couldn't be there but her son would be. I said ok no problem. we scheduled the job for 730 and 800 and she was great. I told her if the pool was full it would be 400.00 plus tax. she said great. we go there the next day as scheduled on time and the cesspool was not exposed as it was supposed to be so there was a foot of digging that she was also charged for. so her bill was 435.00 plus tax instead of 400.00 plus tax. after my serviceman serviced the system he knocked on the door to tell mrs morgans son to flush the toilets to make sure the waste line that carrys the waste from the house to the cesspool was flowing. after flushing several times and the water was not getting to the cesspool we now know that the waste line is also clogged. which means it needs to be rootered out so we can obtain flow. [redacted] opted not to be there when we serviced her cesspool and left her son there to handle things, we told the son it was an additional 275.00 to rooter the line and he said he had to call his mommy, so he called [redacted] and got no answer. so we left and explained to her son that not only was the cesspool full, but after pumping it we diagnosed that the waste line is clogged, so have your mother call us and we will come back to rooter the line. we were not going to rooter the line and have her come home to an additional 275.00 on her bill with out authorization. well that evening [redacted] called and all she did was abuse me and threaten me on the phone, would not allow me to explain the situation to her and just kept talking over me and telling me 400.00 later she is still having a problem. [redacted] doesn't get it, she doesn't get that when a cesspool fills up and backs up into the pipe that the pipe clogs also. I have great customer service skills and respect for people when they show respect for me, [redacted] hung up on me many times, got nasty and very verbal with me, called for days and kept making threats and even came to my shop and wrote notes starting with f.y.I and leaving copies of this complaint she filed with Revdex.com before I even received it in the mail from Revdex.com... [redacted] is entitled to nothing, [redacted] shall receive nothing. [redacted] shall never receive service from payless cesspool again. my c ompany has been around for a long time and we service our customers proudly, we get compliments and phone calls on how great my service guys are every day. so when someone like [redacted] says the things she says and does the things she does, and makes the threats she makes I take it very very personal. thank you for giving me the opportunity to defend myself, my service men, and my companys reputation, [redacted]

Mrs morgans complaint of her problem not being resolved is because she just does not want to understand that besides her system being full her line was also clogged as we explained in our first response to her, [redacted] does not want to pay the money to have her line rootered as we explained earlier in our first response, [redacted] thinks because she spent 400.00 to have her septic system cleaned she should now not have a problem. Again we explained to [redacted] that the line is cloggged besides her being full, she just doesn't get it nor does she want to hear it, [redacted] decided she couldn't be there when we were coming to service her system and left her son to handle it, we serviced the septic system as we told her we would do, we tried to call her from her home and so did her son to let her know the main waste line was also clogged, she never answered, so [redacted] thinks she should be refunded her 400.00, again [redacted] doesn't get the fact that her septic system was full and that's what we were paid 400.00 to do. And that's what we did, it is mrs morgans fault that she let the system back up for over a week like her son claimed she did, and that's why she has a clogged waste line and additional costs that she does not want to pay for, as far as disrespect and me being a bad businessman is ludicrous, [redacted] is the one that has no respect or any knowledge on how to speak to people in a proper manner, she calls and yells, screams, and hangs up in your face repeatedly. She comes onto my bruises property after hours and leaves threatening letters in my opinion this woman is defiantly not wrapped, I deal with customers on a daily basis and for 25 years of doing this I always pride myself in old fashioned customer service and making sure they are 100 percent happy, but there will always be a few that no matter what you do or how hard you try you just can't make them happy, [redacted] is defiantly one of those few, I wish her the best, thank you [redacted]@ Payless cesspool
