I was charged for services I declined at the service desk I was also charged for an empty fuel tank when I returned it full I picked up my rental car from the DFW Payless Car Rental station on April 21st Different services were discussed at the counter I declined all services When I received my credit card bill I noticed a $charge that was from Payless Upon further inspection it was for all the services I declined and for them needing to refuel my car I brought it back with a full tank on April 23rd No one at the return station checked anything on my vehicle which I thought was odd Turns out I was right What is even better is when I called customer service on May 6th to resolve this I was asked to call back in minutes because they needed to redo my ticket I instead insisted to be put on hold as I was not calling back The customer service agent completed my ticket and said I would hear back in business days I never did Fast forward to May 31st
