Review: This company is a total scam and rip off. I returned a rental car and was due a refund over $90.00. I used a credit card NOT a debit card and never received my refund. They also tried to accuse me of a damage on the truck on Monday after I returned the car on Saturday. The truck was rented to with damage to the trunk area that wasn't disclosed to me upon renting. I called the company immediately when I noticed and the advised me they were aware. The manager then proceeded to ask me to bring a $500 deposit for a scuff on the bumper days after my agreement was closed. This company is doing terrible business and then ripping people off who don't know any better. The very first time I dealt with them I was given a truvk that wouldn't go more than sixty miles per hour. I was on my way on a family road trip and had to take the time to return the truck to another location completely out of my way and it made us late for a concert we were attending out of state. Against my better judgement, I tried them again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company and I feel like they should be closed down.Desired Settlement: There hasn't been a settlement yet.

Review: I rented from payless car on 2/3-15 @10:16am and I had went got the full coverage insurance from them and had went to Philadelphia while we where in philadelphia something was thrown at the rental van and cops where called and had a police report the officer said it would be covered so when we returned the van on 2/5/15 we had showed them the tiny tent and the lady said it was covered then about 4 days later got a call that I owe them $796.95 and wanted to make a payment agreement at that time I never seen the statement from the esstiment and I had asked the lady if I could have my own mechanic look at it to give me another esstiment and the lady said no which I did not understand why and then I get another call with another esstiment $793.94 and then when I go to make a payment I get the esstiment and the price is $1,033.94 and the color of the van we had rental was listed as a different color when we rental it the van was tan and the shop is saying it is gold so I had called the lady and had told her I wanted to get in touch with a lawyer cause the price and how everything was going I was feeling unfairly treated and she started getting nasty and smart and yelling at me on the phone and then she had hung up on me and the next day I checked my bank account and seen they took $200.00 outta my bank account with out my agreement and I called the lady and she said well we made a payment agreement of $200.00 a month and ti wasnt payed so we took it from your account they had no right touching my account my bank is getting my money back on my accountDesired Settlement: just for your info that they have no right I did not sign anything for them to touch my account
