After receiving a speeding ticket, I tried to use this online driving schoolTheir website kept misreading the year I received I received my ticketAfter having to get an extension with the court, I tried a different school named Easy Simple Fun Arizona Defensive DrivingIt turns out, this is "a sister school" to Payless-EZ-Speedy Arizona Defensive DrivingThey use the same computer systemThey charged my credit card today but I was again unable to start their course When I called them, I was told by [redacted] that it would take - business days for the charge to my card to be reversed This will result in me needing to get ANOTHER extension from the court because of these (this) school, as I can't afford to pay for the school twiceI spoke with a manager,**, who assured me they will "process" the refund todayI am concerned because they have a picture of my driver's license as well as my credit card informationThey seem very untrustworthyI am filing this complaint as well as a complaint with the courts because I don't want anyone else to experience what I have
