Replacement mattress still not delivered, ongoing issue since NovemberWas told t was being delivered at yesterday 2/24/at last minute after texting asking if they were coming was told at they would not be coming out, but would come 2/25/around Text to confirm delivery today at no response, text again around asking if they were still coming, no responseText again at stating if they were not coming they needed to let me know or put me in contact with a corporate entity I can speak with about the issue regarding the defective mattress and the lack of the law label on the mattress when I purchased the mattress which I believe is illegalI have also been told my mattress is being delayed because t is income tax time even though my furniture is already paid off and due to faulty manufacturing my mattress is defective I should not have to wait to have my mattress exchangedVery unprofessional to say the least

My experience with Payless Furniture & Mattress (Miamisburg Centerville Rd, Miamisburg OH 937-428-6032) was HORRIBLEPLEASE BEWARE! My family members went to this store on May 12th, and purchased a nice wood twin bed set for my daughter We feel that we received a good deal and went ahead with the purchase (just under $1000) They set up delivery for May 13th, So we went home, took apart my daughter’s old bed to give away to someone else in need and cleared her room completely out to make room for the installation of the new bed On Friday, May 13th 2016, we received a call that the delivery would not take place until the following Wednesday May 18th, because the bed set was not in stock WHAT? You didn’t know this when scheduling the delivery in the first place So now, my daughter has NO BED and delivery isn’t until DAYS LATER They apologized and said they would bring us the mattress at least and also a memory foam pillow free of charge We accepted We received the pillow and the mattress on FridayWe realized that the pillow that was given to us was in a zipped bag The pillow inside that zipped bag was not the pillow shown on the picture on the bag and neither was it a memory foam pillow Hmmm, this is strange On Monday, we called the company and spoke with Steven who states he is the manager We told him about the pillow and he stated he would send out another pillow He then precedes to tell us that the delivery won’t take place on Wednesday because the shipment isn’t coming in until Thursday SO AGAIN, broken promises I called Steven today and tried to speak with him about the situation I feel the customer service has been very poor and my daughter is continuing to sleep on this mattress on the floor and this is just not acceptable any longer! Steven became defensive right away with me I tried to tell him my frustration and how I feel he is not trying to make things right He said there is no way he can do anything else to help us He asked me what I wanted him to do for us I told him I felt like HE should try keep his business and make better customer service decisions He said that they had made a mistake and couldn’t deliver the bed because it wasn’t in stock Wouldn’t that have been the first thing they checked into when scheduling that delivery date in the first place? I would have had NO problems waiting until it WAS in stock and I would NOT have gotten rid of my daughter’s bed that soon I told him I completely understand that people make mistakes, but then we can choose to correct those mistakes and learn from them I felt him waiving the delivery fee would be acceptable and he responded with telling me that I was being unreasonable He said that we could cancel the items bought and get our money back I told him that I would like to keep the mattress because it’s the only thing my daughter has to sleep onI agreed to pay for that He told me that he no longer wanted me as a customer…

we are not the manufacture who made the mattress. we contacted the company , and they want the lable on the mattress, which the customer don't have it on the mattress. the customer should provide the lable to the mattress she bought
