After review of this situation the Tech had charge the proper amount for digging up area of leak that was root infested and did make a repair to the pressured line going into the sprinkler box using the clients partsAfter that 1st
repair was made then were we able to discover a smaller leak on the sprinkler valves themselves, at that time we informed the owner we do not work on the valves nor sprinkler heads or systems and offered a referral to this client This second leak was not able to be found until after the first repair was made

I do not agree with their explanation of the eventsAfter speaking another plumber, I was told that solenoid/valve leaks are easy to spot and test for without having to put in the labor to replace the water linesPlease confirm this with another expert if you'd like, but I've since had this confirmed by a few companiesThe company in this complaint works on other types of plumbing issues and should have been upfront about their lack of expertise in this areaTheir lack of expertise is what caused their technician to spend an hour unnecessarily replacing pressurized pipe line
Furthermore, no referral to another company was made by the company as they suggested
Finally, I would like to Revdex.com to consider the fact that this company refused to communicate with me after months of my attempts to contact themNever once was I rude, nor did I speak is a raised voiceI was polite and understanding that they are busy, however, it was incredibly unprofessional of them to not attempt to resolve this issue face-to-face with a customerTheir explanation above, despite my disagreement, could have stood as the final wordBut instead, the owner ignored me for months
