Payless Promotion

Review: We signed a marketing agreement to purchase services from Payless Promotions to provide customers in Ohio text advertising messages and to market other area of the country for distributors. . After paying Leon Segal $5000.00 he was to provide text credits and a complete and operation back office for Text You Promo without any limitations. We were never given a back office but were signed up as an account of his. We were not able to look at our clients, complete client registration and had no control of the process we agreed to with Payless Promotions. We were told he had many clients using his service and many satisfied customers. We took him for his word. We had a client who wanted to purchase the rights to offer texting in Orlando Florida. My client wanted to talk to a customer and a distributor before she purchased the marketing rights from Payless Promotions and Leon Segal. He NEVER returned her call and NEVER provided the information to her. We later found out he didn't have anyone to talk to her and wanted some salesman he fired to talk to her. WE REFUSED to have him LIE to our client. We had a car dealership that wanted to use the service for his 9 car franchises and when his business manager researched Payless Promotions and Leon Segal of San Diego, CA he learned that he has been placed on many scam and rip off reports. Numerous customer complaints and fraud alerts. Between the Orlando and car dealership losses our company lost over $10,000. We further learned that his company owns and operates off shore gambling and [redacted] web sites. Again a complete rip off. We immediately sent Leon Segal and Payless Promotions a letter demanding our money back and to remove us from any and all websites with him. We were lied to and completely misrepresented in the marketing agreement. He has also continued to charge our credit card without our consent or authorization.Desired Settlement: He should be removed from the Revdex.com membership and anyone who inquires about him, his companies should be made aware of his horrible business practices. Full restitution to Text Your Promo and our American Express Card in the amount of $6600.00. $5000.00 initial fee and fraud committed on July 3, 2014 in the amount of $1600.00 in an unauthorized charge.
