Payless Smoke Shop

Review: This is actually a third offense for the very same thing from this company. The first time the owner kind of helped the second time not at all and the third ended with him yelling at me. On or around 11/02/2013 I enter Payless Smoke Shop to make some purchases for items I needed for my vaporizer as I recently began using one in lieu of smoking cigarettes. I am very new to this product so I was counting on his expertise. The first occasion the owner talked me into buying a $25 tank when all I came in for were $2 heating elements the sell. This is no problem, he was a good salesmen and did his job. I paid for it and told him I had no idea how to use it and he'd have to show me. He proceeded to out the E-liquid (the liquid that makes the smoke at provides the nicotine) in the wrong compartment witch ruined the unit. I said asked him to just refund me and he said because he could not resell it now he could not give me a refund and acted as if I broke it. I HAD NEVER TOUCHED IT AT THIS POINT NOR DID I EVER.After 20 minutes of arguing they let me "exchange" it for other items I could use for my device even though the did in no way add up to the money I spent and I would never had bought that day. The second time I showed him what what unit I had and he sold me some atomizers )the heating element)I was in a hurry and had bought them there many times before so I just left with a 5 pack for 15. HE sold me the wrong ones. I never opened them and when I brought them back he said there was nothing he could do about it. At this point I was done with this shop.I figure the $50 or $60 dollar I would no longer be spending there a week was punishment enough. A few says later I broke my battery and was in a real pinch for time so I ran in and bought one from him. It worked for less 48 hours and I went in and just ask for a exchange. HE said he couldn't because he would lose money. THe he said something like "get out you ae" So this "ae"left and here we are.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the battery he charged me $9.99. I can no longer take an exchange as his products have a tendency to not work. I would like an refund/exchange for the 5 pack of atomizers I$15 total(I open them and tried to used them so they are not sell-able but not usable either. I showed him my unit and he promised they would work.I would also like a refund for the tank he sold me and then then ruined before I left the store $15 more dollars.
