Just called Paylocity asking them how their "company" works. I started to apply for a job on a company's actual website and noticed the address line was: https://www.paylocity.com/product-tour/talent-management/recruiting/
I called Paylocity with the hopes to become informed as to how Paylocity forwards my application to the company for which I am applying and does Paylocity have my information after I submit my application? In other words, how does this work? I was told it was the platform the company uses and if you want more info to call the company. Right, I am sure the hiring company would prefer to not be bothered. That might be a reason why they use a 3rd party in order to avoid talking with applicants. So why can't Paylocity's phone person explain something so general such as how MY Personal Information is being managed.
Customer service was disgusting. I was hung up on when I mentioned I did not feel comfortable filling out application without knowing the process. So why would I want to deal with this company in any other situation such as payroll, benefits, etc? Why would a company put their trust in online HR is beyond me.

This level of communication was not at all aligned with the videos of their extreme capabilities and the level of greatness the company has to offer. I will not work anywhere that uses this micromanaging, untransparent HR. Companies needs to continue their own HR, not pass it to unknown information managers. The employee is more than likely going to have their information stolen and these information managers should be sued when that happens!

Maybe the companies that are hiring do not want to be responsible when data is stolen and they pass the buck to these 3rd parties and employees cannot reach them because they are pretty much virtual. Mmmm...Pass the buck, jokes on us!

Thank you for letting us know about your issue with our termination fee. We are transparent in our fees and typically our Account Managers review any additional fee with our customers. The fees are listed in our services agreement. Also, if you filled out any termination paperwork
the fees are listed there as well.We know this has been a concern for you and if you would like to discuss it further please reach out to us and ask to speak to a manager

We have reached out to *** *** *** *** *** and left multiple messages. We are reaching out to the *** on an amendment that was completed for the client to verify they have it and will continue to follow up with the customer

I am rejecting this response because:We were good customers and paid Paylocity all of their fees. We stated we were terminating our services and no one mentioned this until after the termination took place. we were never given the option on how to deal with these fees until they were taken from our bank account
