Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This business has the ability to resolve this issue immediatelyThe information to successfully resolve this matter to it's logical conclusion is stored on their software and hardware, in particular the ATM system they own and operate, which malfunctioned initiating the original complaintWhile my Bank has provided federally required documentation regarding my claim of an unauthorized transaction, PAI insists it will take no immediate action on my claim of $101.75, when it is well within their ability to do so and resolve this matterFurthermore their customer service representatives directed my call to a department that does not exist, the "Dispute Department", and deceptively told me they spoke to the "Dispute Department" and my claim had not yet reached themThis issue has not been resolved, PAI has taken no action to help, except to respond to Revdex.com instead of resolving this routine issue Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] This is in response to the complaint (ID [redacted] ) dated 10/6/ [redacted] regarding an ATM withdrawal attempted on 10/4/ [redacted] The complaint states the consumer tried to withdraw $but the ATM did not dispense moneyTheir account was however debited $I called and spoke with the consumer on 10/7/ [redacted] and advised them they needed to file a Regulation E Dispute with the financial institution listed on the back of the card used to attempt the withdrawal The consumer stated they had already filed the dispute on 10/4/ [redacted] I advised them since they had filed the Regulation E Dispute they had followed the proper procedure to initiate the dispute research process The consumer also confirmed their Financial Institution had submitted the dispute through the network to Payment Alliance International’s dispute department Once received our Disputes department will provide their findings within the timeframe set forth through the Regulation E guidelines

researched this situation in detail. We looked for any correspondence during Sept/Oct of 2013 via email, fax or phone. We did not find anything. Our records show last contact was on 9/20/2012 when we delivered new equipment and prior to that 6/20/2011 when we redelivered equipment that had been repaired. We are truly sorry if anything was overlooked by us.
We received notice that the customer wanted to close their account on May 15th. We called the customer on May 16th and have verified this call with our phone records, it was made at 10a.m. lasting 1 minute as we had to leave a message. We were surprised to hear that no message was received, but when we did find out, we reached out immediately and sent our customer the documents needed to close the account. We have since received and submitted the completed documents and received confirmation # XXXXX that the account has been closed.

This client was re-signed to a new application that was fully filled out and also given a brand new [redacted] chip machine. The applicant signed the documents in 2 different spots on the application and also put his initials on all 4 pages. He knew what he was exactly signing at the time.2-3 months ago he...

called us to say he had a FAMILY MEMBER now in the processing business and wanted to cancel his account with us. We have now talked with him on 3 different occasions and each time he keeps giving us a different excuse as to why he feels he does not have to pay an Early Termination Fee that is standard to all processors in our industry. If his FAMILY MEMBER was knowledgeable and truthful with him they would have made him aware of the Early Termination Fee when he signed up with them. He instructed us to cancel his account and when we told him what the fee was he got very rude and angry. We stand by our contract and in 14 years of processing have never had a complaint on an Early Termination Fee ever. Thank you,
