Hi, This complaint is absurd and not truthfulHer husband *** opened a credit card processing account with me on 02/20/and processed for years without a complaint from ***On 2/13/Mary called and left a message that unfortunately Mr*** passed away about a year earlier and she
was no longer in need of credit card processing services and she wanted to close their credit card processing accountBTW I do notice that unlike she stated on 2/they are still in business https://www.lichterrealty.com/She at that time said she wanted refunds of the monthly fess for the past monthsI expressed my deepest sympathy to her but explained there would be no way we would no Mr*** passed away unless someone notified usObviously nothing else changed as the same bank account was still being used and anyone looking at their bank account would have seen the monthly fees being taken outI asked her to send me a letter on their letterhead and I would have the account processing with IPayment closedThis is the only way IPayment will close an account so her statement that someone told her it would be closed on the phone is untruthful.I also told her I would ask IPayment if they would refund any months as a courtesy to her but they denied to do soHer statement that she contacted someone in October of is untrueThere is nothing in our records or IPayment's records of any contact until 2/13/When she called on 2/she stated her husband had passed away one year earlier but looking at his obituary it was actually 5/27/AS yo can tell I have never had a complaint against me as I always go out of my way to take care of my cus***ersAlso the cc terminal they were using was sent to them at no charge by myself and I never asked for it back.I am asking that this complaint against my company be not only closed but purged from Revdex.com's records.Thanking You In Advance,*** ***PresidentPayment Consulting Inc
