On August 15, 2017, we processed a payment in the amount of $608.40 that had been setup by the company holding Ms. [redacted]’s account. We were contacted by that company the same day, and they requested a refund as the...

payment had been scheduled for the wrong date. We immediately refunded this payment. On August 17, 2017, we received an email from Ms. [redacted] stating the same as she did in this complaint. We responded back to Ms. [redacted] that same day stating the refund had been processed on August 15, 2017 per the request of the company holding her account. We also advised that we had reached out to the manager of that company and requested they contact Ms. [redacted] and they would be able to answer all of her questions. It normally takes 2 to 3 business days for the funds to be available in a consumer’s bank account after a refund has been processed the same day the payment was taken. Ms. [redacted]’s funds should be back in her account. If this is not the case, Ms. [redacted] should contact us and we will look into this further.

have two PayPal accounts and there is some confusion as to which one she has paid. The original documents have been requested from their client and the company has stated that once they receive those documents, they will forward to Ms. [redacted].  Once those documents are received and reviewed by Ms. [redacted] and the company holding her account, should a refund be requested, we will immediately issue that refund.
