I spoke to Mrs. [redacted] today (1-3-15) reviewed her information, then met with ** Payne Motors General Manager. He has an appointment with Mrs. [redacted] on Monday 1-5-15 to install 2 more tires plus help her with a couple of other concerns. We are pleased to have been able to help this customer...

and hopefully have she and her husband as a customer for many years to come.

I was not aware of response was ne[redacted]. [redacted] auto group has had my vehicle for repairs for 3 weeks. My vehicle was releas** to me on 2/28/15 my car is no longer running the same. My air bag light has been on, in the vehicle handbook it is lit in regards to airbag malfunction. My vehicle hesitates to while in fourth gear and hesitates at a complete stop. I Plan to take my vehicle back in regards to this matter. My case is not resolv** my vehicle is still not running correctly. Can my case be reopen**

I need a letter from the dealership (Weslaco Motors) addressed to [redacted] at the following address:

The file number on the letter should Be File #[redacted]
This letter is to state that they the dealership is authorizing that all the inquires submitted on their behalf can be removed from my credit report as no deal was done.  
They submitted multiple inquires to so many lenders that now I can't even go any where else.  The Finance Manager for another dealership informed me that they use this tactic against you when you don't purchase from them.  It is illegal, yet they do that so that you the consumer get turned down anywhere else.
I don't know if the dealership is willing to get the letter submitted or if they can call [redacted] to get that off my credit report.  If not, I have to wait 2 years for that.
