He has an appointment with Mrs. [redacted] on Monday 1-5-15 to install 2 more tires plus help her with a couple of other concerns. We are pleased to have been able to help this customer...

My air bag light has been on, in the vehicle handbook it is lit in regards to airbag malfunction. My vehicle hesitates to while in fourth gear and hesitates at a complete stop. I need a letter from the dealership (Weslaco Motors) addressed to [redacted] at the following address:

This letter is to state that they the dealership is authorizing that all the inquires submitted on their behalf can be removed from my credit report as no deal was done.
They submitted multiple inquires to so many lenders that now I can't even go any where else. The Finance Manager for another dealership informed me that they use this tactic against you when you don't purchase from them. It is illegal, yet they do that so that you the consumer get turned down anywhere else.
I don't know if the dealership is willing to get the letter submitted or if they can call [redacted] to get that off my credit report. If not, I have to wait 2 years for that.
