Our Parts and Service Manager got in touch with [redacted] this afternoon, and offered her a settlement which she has acceptedThe individual who spoke to her was not authorized to make any of the statements to her he made and our service director was unaware of what happen until I asked him to look into the complaint [redacted] , CFO
