I was driving today and one of their trucks ran me off the road. When I got back on the road and looked at the driver he was looking down at his seat messing with something, completely oblivious that he ran me off the road. I called the corporate office and told them what had happened. No more then 20 minutes later I received a phone call from them saying the CEO had gotten involved and was taking action. He apologized for his driver (who was just helping out today) and assured me it was being taken care of. It is not often that you hear of a CEO being so proactive with a problem. I wish more businesses were more like this!
