I spoke with the individual who filed the complaint and apologized for the poor serviceAt the time of this incident, we had just landed what could have been a million dollar contractI had a project manager who had been hired but bowed out only days before they were supposed to start that was
supposed to handle this big contract on two different occasionsI was left with more work than I could handleIt was a very stressful time for me and my family as I was working between and hours a week to handle this influxI, unfortunately, had to choose between a big fish and a little fishI acknowledged this to the complainant and asked his forgiveness, recognizing that his survey mattered to himHe said that he understood and accepted my apologyI just couldn't handle everythingAfter we canceled the 3rd time I offered and returned their money to themI have high expectations for my company and I know we fell short on this occasionAs I said, I called the complainant, explained why the service was so poor and apologizedHe accepted the apology and said that he would retract the complaint if possibleMy apologies to you also for this matterIt is hard raising a young family and growing a business at the same timeHe felt satisfied and said that he understood and had no hard feelings, he just wanted to be heardI heard him and did all I could to rectify the situationI also called his wife and offered the same apologyPlease feel free to call me if you need anything, I would like this matter resolved, please reach out to the complainant to see if the complaint can be retracted
