Payneless Tree Service

Didn't remove the debris behind my fence and left it on a Memorial Gardens property. Damaged my my shed and did not repair.
7/7/19 Tree Bid #254. The guys came to do the job showing up late. The job was to remove/cut down 1 tree, grind 1 stump, trim 1 tree and remove all debris. During tree cutting, a limb was being lowered and it fell on my new shed awning. I have a video. He said they would come back the next week and repair it. We agreed that there would be no payment until the damage was repaired. During tree trimming, they left a lot of tree limbs up against my fence. My fence is now rotting because they left the debris right up against the fence. The debris is on Eastern Gate *** Gardens grounds. I received special permission for them to go on their grounds to do the work. Although there is a tree line between my fence and the tomb stones, it was agreed that the debris would be removed. I do not wish to disrespect a memorial garden or another property. He mentioned in one of his texts that: "We removed the debris that we were able to remove." I watched them throw some of the limbs over my fence, damaging my yard, and then leaving some of it on the other side. It could have been easily removed at the time.

I have contacted the lead of the team, Kevin *** via text many times. I've also left voicemail messages(XXX-XXX-XXXX)but he does not return the calls. When he did return my texts, there was always an excuse for not completing the work. I suggested that he contact my handyman, Mark, to get a quote on the repair work. He actually did and Mark came here and then gave Kevin an estimate. Kevin has not responded to Mark or me about the estimate. The last time he sent a text was 8/30/19.

I'm tired of the all the excuses.I just want the debris removed and the awning repaired. It has been more than 2 months since they did the work. I want this resolved. I've done all I know to do. I didn't want to get the Revdex.com involved, but I don't know what else to do to get the job completed. I'm grateful that I have not paid them any money yet.
