Ordered and received a hair relaxer which Paynes Beauty Supply had on their website with the exact picture of the specific product ordered. When I received the order, it was different than what they had on their website, what was confirmed in my email confirmation AND on the receipt they sent with the order! When I emailed, they had the nerve to tell me "that particular is discontinued". They should not had this specific product online if it had been discontinued and was not available.
I emailed them about it, they told me it was discontinued, period. When I told them I would like a refund and offered to send the product back at at their expense (their error) did not hear anything else. They are shady and won't honor their mistakes, I had to contact my credit card company. Will never ever order from them again and have already told everybody I know...they are dishonest, won't admit their mistakes and try to fix them. They've definitely lost a customer and I had ordered from them in the past with no problem...never again.

After placing my order I received a confirmation email that had an order number but did not have a confirmation number or tracking number. Both of these two numbers where left blank by the merchant in the email. By then end of 5/11/16 I still had not received my order (the day the item should have arrived). I called the merchant and left a detailed message with my name, phone number, and order number, in addition I sent a detailed email with a copy of their receipt email indicating my situation.
As of today 5/12/16 I still have not received my order nor a return phone call or email from the merchant. I did not received the product I paid for, a return call, nor 2 Day Air Shipping that I paid more for than the price listed on their site. Therefore, until I receive my product and a refund for the 2 Day Air that was paid for and not received I am considering this online company to be fraudulent.Desired Settlement: Tracking Number and Report, Delivery of Order and Refund for 2 Day Air Shipping Cost.

While seeking a substitute hair care product for my mom, I ran across Payne's Beauty & Barber Supply, Inc.'s website. The company representative was extremely helpful and informed me that the product sought had been discontinued. She suggested a similar product which I ordered. In very little time, the product arrived at my door in Maryland. My mother loves the product and her problem is solved. I plan to re-order from Payne's when she needs this hair-care product again. I highly recommend this company.

Talked to the owner and she was not helpfully in resolving this issue. There was an internet advertisement for this table at the above price. Which she said was a typo. Its my understanding if it is advertised at a certain price it must be honored for that price. [redacted] was in no way helpfully in regards to this matter. This call to the company was placed on October 3 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like the table that I ordered to be honored.
