In response to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint, I researched our records to follow up on any communication with the card holder.  Our records indicate that our staff has tried to reach her by telephone multiple times.  Unfortunately it appears that Ms. [redacted] provided an invalid phone number when...

she enrolled for a card account with PayQuicker so our staff is not able to reach her by phone.Our staff has since reached out to her via email in an effort to help her resolve her issue.Her issue as stated revolves around the mandated Know Your Customer (KYC) Customer Identification Program (CIP) at PayQuicker.  As is mandated by our sponsor banks, we must capture 2 forms of identification to ensure proper customer due diligence prior to providing a card to the customer.  Our staff will continue to reach out to Ms. [redacted], as is our internal policy, to help her provide the necessary documentation so she is able have a card mailed to her.She can also always reach our staff between the hours of 9AM EDT and 8PM EDT, Monday - Friday at ###-###-####, press * for support.  If someone does not immediately pick up, be sure to leave a short message for the support staff and someone will return your call as quickly as possible.

ON. In the best interest of both parties, PayQuicker is eager to provide
clarification of details and a resolution for all customer concerns.

pasted the details of the customer complaint below
and clarified details in blue for each issue brought forth by the
customer in the attached documentation. 
PayQuicker’s
Director of Operations, in addition to our customer support team, has reached
out to Ms. [redacted] and left two voice messages. 
Both of which have not been responded to as of today, April 28,
2015. 
PayQuicker is
prepared to offer her a refund for her two bank transfer return fees, even
though the returns were the result of errors in bank transfer instructions
provided by Ms. [redacted].  Please be sure to review the attached documentation in response to this complaint.

[redacted] was paid commission from [redacted] using PayQuicker's service.  PayQuicker's partner for ACH transfers did experience a minor outage between the time [redacted] was paid and 11/10/2016.  The service was restored on 11/10/2016 and notifications were sent out to [redacted]...

payees.  [redacted] has already transferred his funds as of 11/11/2016.
