Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:the response from the business is not accurate or based on facts, I have included copies of emails that support my position the owner states that he is working on providing the qb iif files there were a number of other issues with this vendor that were not addressed as well Regards, [redacted]

The customer sent you an email dated January where it states that our company will work on a qb file for him, and we were hard at work doing thisThe customer does mention that as we were doing this work he was never billed for itOn January the customer terminated services with our company, he was only billed for all payroll processing work that was done and nothing moreThere is no reason for any company to do free work for anybody that chooses not to do businessPlease question whether this work was billed and request supporting documentsWe simply wasted our time and money starting work which the customer had no intention of utilizing

After receiving an email to terminate payroll services immediately, we stopped servicing this account, however I get a call insisting that despite the fact that they went back to their old payroll company we were are to create a quick books file for them, apparently this could never be done by their
companyAs a result of this I was threatened to be trashed on social media and reported to agencies like yours, we have reported this to our lawyer and he will respond accordinglyIt was his decision to stop doing business with us so we are under no obligation to any work that his new company cannot do
