Payroll Tax Specialists

Review: Payroll Tax Specialists is a payroll tax service that processes payroll tax returns and makes payroll tax deposits to the IRS and state agencies on behalf a company's behalf...in a timely manner. This is what they were supposed to be doing for our company. At the end of each payroll, they deduct the payroll taxes due from our bank account and make the payments/deposits to the agencies on our behalf. On a number of occasions they took the $$ but neglected to pay the agencies and are still holding on to our $$. Our company currently has 3 notices from the IRS for $$68,000 worth of past due payments or payments not yet received. $49,227.54 of this they already collected from us; the remainder is accumulated penalties and interest. ALL of which are a liability to our company, not the Payroll Tax Specialists (PTS). The IRS will levy our company, not PTS. I have been calling and trying to get them to look into these issues for almost a month and they are still not giving me answers or, more import, making these past due payments to the IRS. The penalties and interest are from them not paying our tax bill and/or paying them late.Desired Settlement: I would like them to make the payments that are due before the deadline is up (that the IRS issued) and pay all the penalties and interest. They withdrew $49,227.54 of our company's money and didn't make payments on our behalf.
