Review: Ordered last October, [redacted] and games. All items were returned a few weeks later. I was being charged through payroll deductions. The deductions stopped. Within the past month the deductions started again. The company states items were not returned. They the representative states '" I know what happened, we owe you money". Now he states no refunds due, because they cannot find the items. He will not answer the question if items were not returned, why did the deductions stop?Desired Settlement: I want the deductions to stop. I want a refund of all monies paid.

On October 13, 2013, our customer purchased 3 [redacted] and 3 [redacted] games. All packages were delivered and tracked to the customer's home address in North Carolina.

Review: I contacted Payroll Shopping on 11/5/2014 and spoke with Carolyn L[redacted] regarding a payment I was not given credit for 02/04/2014 in the amount of $143.00 and another $3.00 missing from a payment on 03/04/2014 and 03/18/2014. She informed me that the records they have are correct and that I needed to speak with the federal eaa regarding my deduction allotments. On 11/06/2014 I emailed the federal eaa asking for a breakdown of the deductions being paid out to payroll shopping and received a response from the Maria S[redacted] (Executive Director) on 11/09/2014. The response that Mrs. S[redacted] emailed matched my records exactly however still differed from what payroll shopping was reflecting. I contacted payroll shopping again on 11/10/2014 and spoke with Hannah she informed me to send the email (from Maria S[redacted]) to her at [email protected] and she would try and resolve the issue. I am still missing credit in the amount of $149.00 and my deductions withheld from my check should have decreased to $84.00 instead of the $197.00 due to the other 3 purchases being paid in full. I contacted Carolyn L[redacted] again and was informed that Hannah was out of the office and that my issue was with the federal eaa. I tried to explain to her again however she reported that Hannah would contact me back however now payroll shopping will not respond to my emails. I have since left two emails with no response and the issue has still yet to be resolved. I have kept all correspondences from payroll shopping as well as the federal eaa. Please help me to resolve this issue. I have all records proving the payment was taken from payroll shopping however I was not given credit. I also still have a order that is showing over the limit however I am not over the limit once I am given credit for what I truely paid. I would like to see that order filled since I was wanting to purchase it as a Christmas present for my children. Payroll shopping does not provide a monthly billing statement showing what is paid. I did not notice the issue until I called and asked for a printout of what was still owed. Carolyn L[redacted] informed me that they have to email all accounting. I have kept all correspondences.
