I made an account with PayStand so that my customers could pay me for my services. I had a customer pay me a few times through the service and then out of nowhere my account was put on hold. They informed me that they or their bank would not cover my customer transactions. In addition, they informed me that the $1,000 my customer had paid me would be held by them for 180 days...
So why did they allow me to process more than one transaction or any transactions at all before finding out if they or their bank could cover my customer payments? This makes little sense and the fact that they held my funds for 180 days was detrimental to my small business. I wanted to speak with a manager or someone about this ordeal, but their customer service rep would not pass me along to anyone above him. They would not allow me to speak with anyone but the customer service rep who was of little help. NO, I would not ever use them again and would never recommend them to even my enemy.
