Review: I ordered a suit from them on 6/28 online. They do not provide a phone number for contacting purposes. Their email appears to be the only way to reach them. I emailed them mid July to ask about where it was with shipping since I had not heard anything. On 7/19 I emailed the stating I do not want the merchandise any longer and want a full refund. They shipped my suit on 7/24 and I got it on 7/29. I emailed them again on 7/29 that I don't want their merchandise and I want a refund. I have not gotten a reply to any emails since the first one. I emailed living social on 7/30 telling them I want a refund and they stated that the company has to recieve the merchandise before they can refund. I emailed bikini hut again on 7/30 that I contacted living social and want to send back the merchandise for a full refund. I have yet to get a reply.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and I will ship the product back but if they do not respond I want a refund.

Review: On July 5th, I ordered a [redacted] Deal each for a bikini from PBBikiniHut. The same day, I ordered both bikinis (Order Numbers #[redacted] and #[redacted]) and paid $5.95 shipping on each, for a total of $11.90 of shipping costs for two bikinis. I received confirmation for both orders placed.

On July 31st, I e-Mailed them as I still had not received my bikinis:

"Hi,

I have two orders that I placed 26 days ago:

Order # PB 6413

and

Order # PB 6415

And I have not received anything yet.

Has my order finally been shipped?

Thanks,

The same day, they blasted out an e-Mail to everyone:

"Dear valued customers, If you are in receipt of this email, your order is still in processing. We do apologize for the delays as the manufacture experienced some delays in getting the bikinis to us. It will be here in the next couple of days and we will be shipping the rest of the orders quickly. We also do apologize if the emails are taking longer to be answered as we are bombarded with emails of address corrections, wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, and other technical questions that are piling every day. We never expected hundreds of people making this many mistakes in ordering. We are working as fast as we can to get through all emails. In order to help process the orders faster, We need your patience as our staff is too busy answering status email instead of processing orders. We would be able to move more quickly concentrating on your order process to get them to you faster if you could limit the emails to corrections. All orders are going to ship in the next few days and you will receive an email with tracking once it is shipped. We promise to make it up to you once we get through this daily deal promotion. Thank you so much for understanding. Please know this is not our standard business practice. We normally do ship quick when we don't have 10,000 orders come in at one time. Please hang in there with us as we are coming to the final turn towards the finish line. From our entire staff we thank you for your patience. Sincerely, Management "

After writing e-Mails back and forth with customer service, I decided to wait and give them another change.

On August 9th, they sent another e-mail to everyone

"Please ignore this message if you did not use a [redacted] voucher for the purchase of your bikini. All order are in process of being shipped.

Dear PB Bikini Hut customers, [redacted] has finally made partial payment. We are releasing orders again today so you can finally enjoy your bikinis. We do apologize for this mess, but please understand we are a small company and without timely payment from a big company such as [redacted], it is very difficult to operate.

We thank you all for your support and we are still offering additional fringe bikinis for $9 by using promo code "thankyou". Due to [redacted]'s breach of contract, we have thousands in stock and ready to ship.

Management"

So I inquired whether mine had been shipped yet. After not receiving any sort of response from them, I contacted [redacted] on August 10th,and asked for a refund for the order total as they had instructed people to in the initial e-Mail.

On August 10th, I received a confirmation by PBBikiniHut that my orders were cancelled, so I e-Mailed them asking for a refund of my shipping fees.

This was their response

"Hello, If you didn't get a refund from [redacted], your bikinis will be shipped. If you did get a refund, refunds for shipping are going out on Monday and will take approximately 48 hours pending on your bank.

We are sorry for all the problems we've had with [redacted] but please understand we were not able to send out bikinis without payment. Now that they have finally paid us partial payment, we are actually starting to ship again. If you have received a refund, the bikinis are here and you may repurchase them for only $9 by using promo code "thankyou". Since we do have them in stock and no longer need to wait for a third party to make the payment, it will go out quickly. You may purchase as many as you'd like for the $9 price. Thank you for your patience and we hope we can make all this up to you

Sincerely,

They also sent another e-mail "Hi,

Your order has been canceled and you will be receiving a refund for the shipping charges. If you would still like a fringe bikini, please visit pbbikinihut.com and place an order using the coupon code "thankyou" for a $9 fringe bikini.

On August 14th and 15th I followed up and asked about my refund that I had still not received

"Hi, it's Wednesday now and I have still not received a refund of my shipping charges for either of my two orders.

Thanks

and

" Hi, on Sunday you sent out an e-mail stating refunds would process on Monday and be complete within 48 hours.

Now it's 96 hours later and I still have no refund.

Please refund my shipping costs immediately, $5.95 per order for the following two orders.

Order # PB 6413

Order # [redacted] Thanks"

They responded on August 15th

"Hi [redacted],

We were unable to process refunds in a batch like we had expected. We are now having to do them one by one. We are working very hard to get refunds out. We will get you yours as soon as possible! Have a great day!

On August 19th, I sent another follow-up:

"Hi,

It has been 8 days since you said you would refund my orders.

I still have not received anything and I find it very unprofessional for you to complain about [redacted] being unethical, but you yourself are being unenthical in your business operations as well. You promised a refund a long time ago and now you are not sending it.

Please refund my shipping costs today, $5.95 per order for the following two orders.

Order # [redacted] Order # [redacted] Or I will see myself forced to contact the Revdex.com and other authorities, because what you are doing is not fair.

I waited 5 weeks for a bikini after hearing five changes in whether or not I was receiving it, and finally when my order was cancelled, I do not receive my refund even 8 days later?! This is not all right.

We are very sorry, we were unable to process the refunds in a single batch as we anticipated. We have to do them each individually. I never received a refund, so on September 4th, I sent another e-Mail

"Hi, it's been 3 weeks since you said you would send my shipping refunds for the two orders

AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THEM!

Please send them within 24 hours after A MONTH of cancelling my orders, or I will contact some

authorities on this.

Review: I purchased a $14 voucher on LivingSocial.com for a bikini from PB Bikini Hut. I ordered the bikini on the PB Bikini Hut website and paid an extra $15.95 (separate from $14 voucher). I never received my bikini. The order was placed on 7/9/13. I contacted LivingSocial for a refund of the voucher price ($14) which they provided me. I was informed by LivingSocial.com that the extra $15.95 paid through the PB Bikini Hut website would need to be refunded by them. I have emailed PB Bikini Hut requesting a refund of the extra $15.95 I paid. They have not contacted me back. That was nearly a month ago. I was also provided a telephone number for PB Bikini Hut by LivingSocial.com (760-433-7019). That number has been disconnected. I have not received my product yet it was paid for, and I have reached out to PB Bikini Hut but have been unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my purchase price ($15.95).

Review: I purchased 2 swim suits via Living Social, was sent suits, but they were way too small, even though I went by the chart. I returned them, paying more for shipping back, sent me the exact same order, wrong sizes again, had to resend back. Have yet to get the suits. Receive an email periodically, but never resolved. The original order was in July, it is now November. Terrible service.

Review: I had placed an order with this company in August. After several emails and attempted phone callls I have neither received my product nor my money back.Desired Settlement: I should receive my product originally ordered along with an apology for this massive disregard for customer service.

Review: I ordered a bikini from PB Bikini Hut on July 9th, 2013 using a code I purchased through [redacted]. Just to be clear, my complaint is not with [redacted]; it is with PB Bikini Hut. The deal through [redacted] required payment to [redacted], but I had to pay for shipping through PB Bikini Hut. The shipping was $5.95, and it was charged to my debit card immediately after purchase. Usually shipping is not charged through a company until it is ready to ship. A month went by with no shipping confirmation. The company did not respond to any of my email inquiries.

I received a mass email on August 1st that they were sorry for the delay. They said they had not anticipated such a high volume of orders and would be shipping the bikinis as soon as possible. I was not worried until I received another email on August 8th. They accused [redacted] of being a scam and "praying on small businesses." On a side note, all of these emails contained multiple spelling and grammar mistakes (ex. praying instead of preying).

This second email said that [redacted] never paid PB Bikini Hut the money we (the customers) had paid, so they could not send any of the bikinis. They urged us to file a complaint through [redacted] for our money back. Even though I figured PB Bikini Hut was actually the fraudulent party, I decided to contact [redacted] since most of the money was charged through their site. [redacted] apologized and offered to refund that money immediately. Unfortunately, PB Bikini Hut has not refunded the $5.95 they charged for shipping. I emailed them multiple times with no response.

On August 9th, PB Bikini Hut sent out another email saying they would send the bikinis out soon, since [redacted] had "finally made partial payment." Then on August 10th, I received yet another email from PB Bikini Hut saying my order was canceled. I have yet to receive any communication about the money they charged me to ship an item they probably never intended to send.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $5.95.

Review: I have been trying to contact PB Bikini hut for over 2 months now. Orginially I had the wrong swim suit sent to me. I was told to send it back - which I did. I was then told that they would be sending me the correct swim suit and then I hadn't heard anything for over a month. I emailed every other week when I finally got a response saying that the woman who was helping me is no longer there and that the issue would be handled. I have now not heard anything back after numerous requests for over a month. I have the entire email chain with the store employees saved.Desired Settlement: I would like my shipping costs refunded and I would also like the price I paid for the swim suit refunded. I also should be paid interest for the time that this has been going on.

Review: Please see the email I received about my order, which I had googled the company and found on yelp that others received this email. The email is not professional at all. In addition, this is not acceptable delivery of a product that I paid for and expected it to be on time delivery. If the company could not handle the orders, they should have thought about that before advertising on living social an unlimited amount of purchases:

Review: I bought a [redacted] deal for this vendor, and they never sent any of us the bikini we ordered and paid for. They said they would not ship our product to us because they hadn't gotten paid. This is ridiculous and not acceptable. Luckily, [redacted]l refunded me what I paid to them, but PB Bikini Hut still owes me for 5.95 shipping I paid through the Web site. This company is a complete scam and is obviously extremely corrupt. They duped thousands of people.Desired Settlement: I want 5.95 back from them, and want them to be punished severely for these actions.

Review: Ordered two bikinis last September, company to this day, 1.21.14 still has not delivered. I have attempted to contact the business via emails and multiple phone calls. This business should have their website and business shut down! They are scamming consumers.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome would be a refund of all charges, including the shipping cost.

Review: I have had several issues witih this company and its' delivery of products. The first item I ordered(#[redacted]) took 8 weeks to be delivered. I was then issued a coupon, as an item of gratitude, using code 'THANK YOU'. This item (#[redacted])was never recieved. I also never recieved an email with tracking information for this product. I experienced very poor customer service when contacting the company in regards to recieving my product. I called the customer service number listed on the website (888-452-5115) SEVERAL times, but was unable to speak with anyone during the regular posted business hours. It seems to be some sort of answering service. I did not even recieve a call back, after specifically requesting one by email. When emailing the company I was met with skepticism and after corresponding with them via email 11 times TOTAL, I was eventually ignored. They never even attempted to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: All I want is my swimsuit! At this point a sentiment of apologies would be in order as well. The summer is well over and with all of this dismay, I wasn't even able to wear the swimsuits I was so anxious to recieve. I am owed a bit more than an apology at this point due to the extreme delay of delivery and extremely poor customer service.

Review: I purchased a LivingSocial deal from this seller, used it, but also purchased extra which I paid directly to them at the time of sale. After a month had passed with no receipt of my package, I finally sent an e-mail asking what was going on. A few days later, rather than responding to my e-mail. I received what appears to be a poorly written, mass e-mail basically blaming LivingSocial for non-delivery and telling the consumers to request a refund from LivingSocial, pay them instead and that "this may take a while, since they are a small company".

So, not only did I lose the $14.00 paid to LivingSocial, I also lost the $14.90 I paid directly to them.

We regret to inform you that after 3 months of delays and many empty promises given by LivingSocial, we are not able to accept vouchers sold by

Them. When we signed up with Livingsocial, our goal was to generate great relationships with new customers. Due to Livingsocial's breach of contract

and lack of performance, it has been difficult to fulfill orders timely and maintain happy customers. We apologize for all the delays in shipping your orders.

We would love to see happy customers and orders being shipped timely. Unfortunately Livingsocial has made it impossible for us to due so.

We have decided to put an end to the delays of your shipments by simply asking you to contact Livingsocial and request a refund of your $14. Meanwhile

we will contact each and everyone and have you pay us the $14 direct so we can complete your order. We will also give you a free beach dress or sarong

for your inconvenience and cooperating with us. Please go to the Category [redacted]html and

pick out the free beach dress or Sarong so when we call you to complete your transaction, it will be fast and smooth. Please be patient as there are 745

customers to contact and we hope to do this over the course of 5 days.

Review: Placed two orders with this company over a month ago and have not received my product even though the business owner emailed me several weeks ago to tell me my product was on its way. Having difficulty getting a response from this company and the latest email I received said that my product was delivered to an address in Illinois even though they has my correct address in California.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be replaced since they shipped one of my orders to a wrong address, I would like my other order to be shipped to my correct address. This company has advertised on several deal sites but I am not sure that they are an actual company, may be a phony business, needs to be investigated.

Review: I ordered and paid for a bikini through PBBikini Hut on 7/19/13. Their website stated that the bikini would be delivered in 5-7 business days. I still have yet to receive the bikini. They do not answer their emails regarding this issue.

Review: I ordered two bikinis from this company on 6-30-13 . Funds were deducted from my account on 7-1-13. I received a confirmation email ( a "no reply" ) email on 7-1-13. This email stated items would ship either that week or the following week and that I would get a confirmation email when shipped. On 7-22-13 I emailed the company with the only contact email I could find on their website, [email protected] , I did not get a response. So I tried to contact them again, no response. I searched for a phone number to call but no one answered on several attempts. As of this date, 7-24-13 I have neither received my items nor gotten a response from the company.Desired Settlement: I would really like to receive my items, but if this is not possible than I request a full refund of purchase price and shipping costs.
