[redacted] I have read your response to my complaint on the Revdex.com. I originally submitted towards O[redacted] in [redacted] but they didn’t want to take any responsibility for their product and decided to use the loop hole of they didn’t sell it to me directly that you did and I should submit claim to you. I am emailing you this so there is record of it. I stopped contacting you after our hour long conversation on the phone when I was telling you my issues from basically day one of taking possession of this dominator and you kept saying I was making excuses to give the thing back when in reality I was trying to get the product I thought I was buying in the first place. I do have documentation that I tried contacting [redacted] several times after my girlfriend picked up the dominator from him. Never once did he respond. . When you were off on your vacation I spoke with [redacted] on the phone after I dropped the dominator off in front of your business. I told him the issues I was having with the dominator over heating, the transmission not shifting, the 4x4 not engaging. I would of never even took possession of it had I been the one to come pick it up as it wouldn’t even shift to get off the trailer. At the same time [redacted] should of never returned it unfixed in the first place so your excuse of how I sent my girlfriend to come get it is just that a sorry excuse of not taking care of the problem. So after going back in forth with o[redacted] they told me to take it to the place it is currently been at for the last 6 weeks. [redacted] has told me this shifting issue is know and he had 2 others in for the same reason. This dominator is flawed on so many levels and for you to pretend like I am just making up lies to get what exactly? What I spent close to 13 grand on? Yeah when I spend that much I would think I’d get more then a paper weight on wheels. The fact that you or O[redacted] won’t even stand behind this “amazing” product you sell shows my point exactly. You sold me a lemon plain and simple if that’s o[redacted] fault take it up with them but I shouldn’t be treated this way. I didn’t buy this to return it and I didn’t put a custom stereo in it to return it so your excuse I’ve been just trying to give it back is lame. I am upset I ever did business with you and O[redacted]. Here's what I know to be factual. 1. I dropped my unit off to your certified mechanic and I stated over the phone the issues I was having that included        1) Overheating         2) Not shifting into gears correctly          3) Making a whining sound (cvt belt slipping)2. Your certified mechanic had my dominator for about 4 weeks when my girlfriend picked it up. I then pulled it off the trailer and still had the following problems          1) Not shifting into gears correctly           2) Whining noise (cvt belt slipping)3. I called your certified mechanic and I text messaged him asking for him to contact me regarding these issues which he never did.4. I contacted o[redacted] on several occasions sense picking up my dominator from your certified mechanic to get this fixed. I was finally given a different service place to take my unit to. At this time I was experiencing cosmetic issues with both seats that you yourself said there were know issues with. I met with [redacted] at throttle out who I told the issues I was having and I was told by [redacted] with 2 other witnesses that this was a know issue with these o[redacted] dominator and he would do his best to fix the issue. Throttle out had my dominator for approximately 6 weeks and throughout this time [redacted] kept me updated on the progress and the instructions he was told by o[redacted] which was to pull transmission apart and look for bent fork or adjust linkage which was already apparently done by your certified mechanic and did nothing to resolve the issue. [redacted] told me o[redacted] was sending 2 new seat covers which they only sent the bottom to 1 seat. [redacted] called me to come pickup my unit that there was nothing else he could do and was having issues even getting paid for the services he's done to this point.5. You called me on 10/22/15. This is the first time you have called sense I've been having these issues. You stated a few times during our hour long conversation that you've had these issues and fixed them even putting a new transmission in them. Replacing the seats. You stated on how if only I had brought it back to your mechanic how this would of all been fixed yet when I brought it before nothing was fixed except the overheating issue. You pretend that this is all a fabrication on my part and my unit is working properly. Our call ended with you saying get your unit back from throttle out and if it's not fixed that your certified mechanic would surely fix it.6. After picking up my unit from throttle out and having a conversation with them about the issue with the shifting still occurring which was happening right in front of both [redacted] and [redacted]. They both said it's a know issue and they had 2 other unit in shop demonstrating the same issues and o[redacted] wouldn't give then a reason for it. I then sent you a video text showing shifting issue. Your response was that you talked to throttle out and my machine is working properly. I told you my seats where not replaced and your response was I got my seat. 7. I receive an email from you stating your certified mechanic will give me lesson on shifting an automatic. You said it is completely normal for my unit to have to be forced into gears or rev'd up and put into gear which causes a loud clunking noise. Your constant excuses and lack of taking any responsibility for a faulty unit you sold really shows where your priorities are. You keep contacting throttle out and telling me they are saying this and that yet I called [redacted] this morning after your email and he stated he hasn't talked to you and doesn't understand why your not making this right.8. I have owned this unit sense may and I have from minor to major issues with it sense day 1. I have loaded it up and planned outings on 3 separate occasions just to get there and the unit not work properly. I have been out hundreds of dollars and several hours of my time wasted. I have given you the opportunity to make this right and you continue to pass the buck and make excuses. You don't stand behind the product you sell and your customer service is non existent. I have enclosed pictures and a video if it will play as I had trouble getting it to download from my phone. The pictures will show the seats still falling apart and the gears still not shifting. You can't give lessons on shifting something that won't shift but nice try. As of 11/27 I have retained a lawyer who will be taking over this matter. [redacted] you sold me a lemon and the facts will prove just that. You then decided not to do the right thing and question my integrity and morals along with questioning my ability to drive an automatic transmission. This isn't the first utv I've owned or CVT transmission I've dealt with and never have I had an issue with it shifting or like you and your certified mechanic say its normal to have to shove into gear and even that doesn't work. This unit has been un drivable. It has been in 2 different shops for the same problem and for over 30 days. It is a lemon!

Hello, I'm happy to Respond to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint.   Here are the facts.   Mr. [redacted] signed a PO back on 3/7/2015 to get one of the first Dominator X models produced.  He received and took delivery of his unit on May 9, 2015.  At the time the Manufacturer was...

offering a $250 rebate which was offered direct not through the Dealer.  Mr [redacted] did call me to indicate he noticed a small leak in the coolant overflow bottle which I fixed immediately.  One of the tail lights was different from the manufacturer and it was replaced as well even though he did not note that in his complaint.  Mr [redacted] called and indicated that his unit was overheating.   It was taken to the Warranty Mechanic and determined that his unit had a faulty display which read about 10-15 degrees higher than what the temperature actually was.  So the Mechanic fixed that under warranty after communicating with ODES the manufacturer.  We did have to wait for the part.  The unit was taken to the Mechanic on 6/11/2015 and he picked it up on 7/01/2015.  With respect to the whining noise I spoke my my mechanic this morning and the noise that he is referring to we believe is completely normal and he was told that by my mechanic.  The next time I heard something was from ODEs directly when they called and said we heard from Mr. [redacted] who called to complain about his unit and not getting his $250 rebate from Odes but in the process he told Odes that I (PBO Auto Sales) was not responding to his emails or calls.  Similar to what he is saying in this complaint.   I told Odes at that time that I had not received any emails or calls from Mr. [redacted].   The only calls I have received from him were back when he first took delivery and we had to fix those small issues at the beginning and then when he brought it in to have the Display fixed.  We are not aware of any 4x4  issue not shifting properly or any other issues.   I read about the seats coming undone underneath and the could be a valid issue because in the early delivery of this model we did see this on a few seats.    Now if I may I would like to comment further on what I have done since receiving this complaint this morning 10/7/2015.   I have NOT received any calls from Mr. [redacted] nor have I received any emails from him either.   I did a search on my phone and computer for any emails from Mr. [redacted] and I found one back on 3/5/2015 before he purchased the unit asking about financing.  That is the ONLY email I could find.   I would be happy to have any one check my phone records I have not had one call or attempted call or a voice message left.  Unfortunately Mr. [redacted] feels it's necessary to lie in an attempt to get whatever it is that he wants and from reading the complaint he wants a full refund.   Odes provides one of the best warranties in the industry and would do what it takes to fix his unit to specifications that are normal.   He indicated that he has installed a Performance belt which is not factory and I have no Idea who installed it for him.  I spoke to my mechanic this morning and asked if he had installed the belt to which he replied NO.  So we have no way to know who installed it and if it were done properly.  Mr. [redacted] has now taken his unit to a former Odes dealer for some sort of claim, not sure what that is but the last part of the complaint talks about fabric on the seats falling apart.   It's difficult for me to understand from his complaint what other issues he believes he is having.  If Mr. [redacted] called me or my Mechanic ([redacted]-[redacted]) we would have been happy to help him as we do ALL our customers.   He has chosen to lie about trying to contact us which is unfortunate and not sure why he would do that.   I want to call and ask him why he would lie but I will hold off until I hear back from you the Revdex.com.   I know my mechanic will be happy to address all concerns or questions with regard to work he has performed.   The work to fix any issues was conducted at my Mechanics shop in [redacted].  He will be happy to get involved if needed.   I cannot speak on behalf of ODES the manufacturer but I would guess that they will do all they can to fix the unit under warranty to his satisfaction provided he as complied with the Warranty rules.   Our experience with ODES has been they have agreed to fix all the issues we have had on any unit for which we submitted a claim.  Sometimes it may take some time to get a part if it is out of stock but we have been able to fix all issues.   We have fixed all issues on Mr. [redacted]'s unit that we were made aware of!  The key word is aware of.   I'm sad that he feels it was necessary to lie to try and achieve his goal whatever that may be.   He has NOT callled or emailed me since back in May or early June.   I would appreciate getting a call from someone at the Revdex.com to discuss this further.   People should not be able to file complaints and lie about the facts or events that transpire.  If Odes made us aware of any issues related to his unit we would have been happy to fix any or all issues under warranty.   I believe that Mr. [redacted] is suffering from Buyers remorse from day 1 and is looking for any way possible to get out of his purchase.   He mentioned he put a performance belt on the unit and a stereo system on it.   If he were unhappy from day 1 not sure why he would put more money into something he wants to return.   Please contact me to discuss.  If you need further information or documentation to support your findings we will be happy to provide you with what you need.   We cannot howevr, prove or disprove lies.   I would however be happy if required to give permission to some authority to check my phone records with my cell company to prove that he has not made any attempts to
