This is a completely inept companyI ordered a part from them, they accepted payment and have never sent the partI have called them repeatedly and not gotten any response backI would never attempt to do business with them again
Item listed as in stock. Boasted of fast delivery. Took order and $412.89 from me. That was in November. By end of December and repeated inquiries had had no reply. Phone unanswered for some time, eventually got through. They claimed not to have NOTICED the order. They admitted to having no stock, or prospect of it. Refund promised, still waiting as of January 8th.

HORRIBLE place to deal with!!!! I ordered two items on 9-20-Both items were listed as in stock I waited until 9-25-without any communication from amerioutdoors On 9-25-I called to check on my order as it was parts for a customers bow and they had called me asking when it would be ready My first call was at 10:28amAfter getting my info they said they were having trouble finding my order and said they would call me back "in a few minutes" About two hours later at 12:24pm after not hearing from amerioutdoors I called back This time they said couldn't get the computer working and that they would pass along the info to their supervisor and guaranteed a return call the same day After not hearing back at 6:21pm I sent them an email explaining that I couldn't get any answers over the phone and that I feared my customer would take his business elsewhere because it's taking so long This morning my customer showed up took his bow back and informed me he would never do business with me again At 1:07pm I made my last call to amerioutdoors and canceled my order
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! They are happy to take your money but will not answer calls, respond to emails. I have been trying to get a return handled and order another item to replace it foe weeks with no success. At this point, I will likely sell the item on Craigslist and just suffer the loss. I will order the replacement from a reputable business. The problems that people are having with PBS Boat Store could be due to cash flow and the pattern established with customers complaints would be consistent with this problem.
I unfortunately mentioned this store to a friend of mine and he made a purchase. It took forever to get his goods and when he did, one of the items is very poor quality and worse that the part that he removed. That is not PBS boat stores fault but I now know that he will never be able to return it. Even if he does get the chance, will have issues getting his money................
