Review: Have been trying to get in contact with this buissness that I have a three year contract with so that when ever I have problems with my computer I could call them for help on resolving problems with my computer but I have not been able to contact them through phone or email.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded and if this is indeed a scam that I was deceived into I would like to have this company exposed for what they are doing.
Review: The Company, 247pccare, basically hijacked our computer. The computer locked up and had their number to call to remove 3 Trojan viruses.
The computer would not close down and would not move without calling and getting their assistance. I believe they installed the Trojans in order to sell the
service they were offering. We felt we had no recourse but to except the offer as we could see the hard drive being corrupted. Since they were on the computer
remotely, we also have a concern of identity theft since we had files which contained Social Security numbers on the hard drive.Desired Settlement: Full refund and stop the company from hijacking other computers.
