Telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated they did do work for the consumer last year and the only problem was one block in the driveway got two cracks in it.The company stated in October they told the consumer they could fix it but the consumer insisted on
waiting until spring.The company stated that spring is the beginning of the busy season.The company stated he will do the repair and that he will be in the consumer's area soon. The company stated the consumer has to be patient.The company stated he can get to the consumer between 8/21/and 8/31/

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Once the repairs have been completed properly I will send in another report stating such.  There are 4 blocks that are cracked and other areas that are not finished properly. He also continued to ignore my calls and texts and keeps pushing me off.  He has stated numerous times I am coming next week but never comes.  I started discussing this with him again this spring around March and it is now almost the middle of August.  He has had sufficient time but continues to push me off.
