I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Once the repairs have been completed properly I will send in another report stating such There are blocks that are cracked and other areas that are not finished properlyHe also continued to ignore my calls and texts and keeps pushing me off He has stated numerous times I am coming next week but never comes I started discussing this with him again this spring around March and it is now almost the middle of August He has had sufficient time but continues to push me off Regards, Frederick Snyder
