Review: On June [redacted] 2014, P.C. Richards delivered a washer/dryer that I had purchased. During the delivery, the two men pushed the washer/dryer through between the railing on the 4th floor and the wall even though there was not enough space. In doing that they caused the railing to crack. Since then we have been calling and emailing P.C. Richards in an attempt to get them to pay for the repairs. My husband emailed a picture of the cracked railing to the claims department but with no success. I recently had the railing repaired to keep it from deteriorating further and sent P.C. Richards the bill. Every time I called, it was either the person in charge of this claim was not there or away from her desk. I left messages which included my email and phone number in addition to my husband's email that she already had. She never contacted us. So I started emailing her and that felt like she was giving me the run around. I am very offended by the way I am being treated by P.C. Richards. I feel totally disrespected. I have been a loyal P.C. Richards customer. I have purchased a washer/dryer, two stoves, one refrigerator, a dishwasher, an AC, a coffee maker, a toaster, two TVs and DVD players over the passed few years from P.C. Richards. If this is how P.C. Richards rewards loyalty, I think in the future I will take my business to another establishment.Desired Settlement: My husband and I want to be reimbursed for the $300 we spent to get the cracked railing repaired.
