I took my *** into Pc cowboys in may to get an hdmi port fixedI was told by the owner that he could get it fixed but would have to send it away, which we agreed toAlmost every two weeks I called asking for an update because I hadn’t heard anythingI didn’t get a call back until July finally saying our *** was back and ready to be picked upI went in paid for our repairs and instantly took my *** home to try it outI plugged it in and it was the same exact problem as when I took it inSo I instantly called and took the *** back as the repairs weren’t completeThe tech guy that was working plugged it in and showed the owner that in fact, it was not fixedThe owner then said that he would get ahold of the company that they sent it off toSo I left without my *** and out my money that I paidMonths went by, I continued to call every once and a while to get an update and was always told the owner is out of town and I would get a call back, which never happenedFinally I go
