The storm door was functioning perfectly before the worker came to take measurements The initial email mentioned nothing about needing to remove a piece of metal in order to close the door, only a quote for a new door The worker should have 1) notified me immediately that he broke the door, and 2) gotten my permission to remove the metal piece
Because the company was not forthcoming with me, I do not have confidence in doing business with it I will seek another company to repair the door

I used this company to fix my cellular phone screen. They first told me to bring it in for a free quote, which I did. I brought it in on a Tuesday and didn't get my quote until Friday, and only then because I actually went into the store. On Friday I told them to fix it and went in several times the following week expecting every day to have it fixed. After all, this is my cell phone, and I was without a phone. Finally on Wednesday they told me they actually couldn't fix it, and then I waited another two days to physically get my phone back.A week and a half just to find out they couldn't fix a cell phone, during which time I was stranded without a phone. I gave them an email address to contact me by but I never once heard from them, all information I got was because I went to the business in person regularly Definitely not happy with this business, never using them for anything again!
