The [redacted]'s have been very rude, annoying and demanding. Originally they had a lady an alleged employee drop off this crappy laptop worth maybe $75 all ripped up missing hinge covers and basically a [redacted] wagon. After the drop off maybe 20...

minutes the calls started "is it done yet" we are very busy and have to stop for every phone and look among many machines in our service department this is frustrating an hour would go by another phone call from the [redacted]'s. WE would politely ask them to stop calling it would be done in a day or two and we will call as soon as their machine was finished, but yet the calls kept coming. We finished the laptop in a day called the [redacted]'s told them they could pick up their laptop then nothing we did not hear from them every week we called please pay and pick up your laptop after 5 weeks they finally came to got it. We did not hear from them for 3 months then they dropped the laptop again breaking the power jack again. Now the alleged employee shows again this time we tell her to inform the [redacted]'s not to start the endless barrage of calls again apparently the employee doesn't relay the message we get a call an half hour later, at this point I told this lady to please not call back about this I would call in a day or two when done, then her baby daddy or something calls says they run a big business and know how to treat their thousands of customers who they make a vast fortune from or something like that and I told him we would finish in a day or two and not to harass us he started screaming and caring on like a child and said he would show me by going to the Revdex.com I told him please and hung up. now this is just another harassment from these people. The condition of the computer that I brought in is none of his concern. If you own a business repairing computers, you need to repair them instead of telling the customer how awful their machine is. You were never polite from the beginning, you have been rude the whole time. I don't care what the owner thinks of my laptop, I just want it fixed and I think their customer service is unacceptable and shouldn't even be in business. Owner has no right to say my "baby daddy" or "alleged employee". It doesn't make any difference in your customer service or how you repair the equipment. Just fix it and give it back to me. Oh and we didn't break the jack again, they put a temporary fix on it and charged us for a replacement.
