Review: PC experts 247 stole $849.99 of the money they said they would pay us back since we were not happy at ALL with there service, They thought it was funny that we were upset that they stole from us as they laughed and mocked me WOW VERY RUDE and unprofessional!Desired Settlement: $ 849.99 in our pocket that is owed

Review: I had authorized Windows 8.1 to update applications on my computer. After doing so, I was not able to print from internet explorer to my printer. I called and assumed that I was speaking with HP Support . These so-called PC Experts commit fraud when they say they are with HP. Unfortunately I got aken for $219.00 because the so-called technician said my computer had ben hacked. I was stupid and agreed to their clean-up. My issue with Windows 8.1 is still not resolved so I will have to et further help from a ligitimate source. This company should be put out of business. I am sure I am not the only one who has been given fraudlent information by these people.Desired Settlement: Please refund my money since the problem was not corrected.

Review: I purchased a 1 year coverage to remotely help with computer problems. I have called the company on 4-5 separate occasions. Each time they connected to my computer, ran a scan, and then never told me what they found, and the problem I called about persisted. On my last occasion I told them I was unhappy and that I wanted feedback about my issue. The person on the phone told me to go to [redacted] like usual. However, unlike other times I did not get a 6 digit code from the company. They asked for my phone number and said they would call me. I waited 10- 15 minutes with no call. When I attempted to call back 4 times the line rang, but no one would answer and would eventually hang-up on me. This is not first time this has happened. I have been told another time by the company they would call me back. The first time I waited 1-2 days and never heard from them. Finally I called they acted like this was the first time they had heard from me.

They promised support and anytime service. I have not gotten support, I have been ignored, and never informed of what they were doing to my computer, or what they found, and the problems I called them about have not been fixed.Desired Settlement: I would appreciated my money back as they are not keeping their end of the deal. I will also be posting a general warning about the company.

Review: The caller has a very heavy accent like as if they were from [redacted]. You can barely understand any of them. Unfortunately they took me for $449.99.

They go by the names of PC Experts 247 or Charge One their supposed financial dept. It was shortly after this that my debit card and to my checking account were hacked forcing me to new ones. They even had the gaul to put the name of [redacted]. which when you look it up on the internet is a company that ONLY deals with the US government departments of local, state, federal and all the military departments. I reported this to my bank who I h[redacted] have contacted the attorney general of US and the FBI.

This so called company (PC Experts 247) have people there by these names:

William S[redacted]

Alex L[redacted]

Ben B[redacted]

Their phone numbers are: ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### extensions [redacted] and [redacted]

They have a stupid procedure of that when you call you are to ask for your contact person & to have them call you back so that you can give out your security number when you ask for it. If they can't give you this information or gives you a wrong # you are to hang up.

I have them on block on my phone. If somehow they do ring me I'll ignore the call and will check to see if it's a new number to block.

The bank account listed on the back of the electronic check went to a bank called the [redacted] in [redacted], [redacted] with this number following this info: [redacted]. On the backside also was stamped: [redacted] It doesn't mention what city.Desired Settlement: I want my money back that they charged me and would like never to receive another phone call from them. Jail time would be nice too for them.

Review: I was told that they were [redacted] affiliated and that my computer had been hacked. I paid $389.93 (USD)on September [redacted] 2014 to clean and secure my computer. Exactly 30 days later I tried to put a router to my wireless network. I called the manufacturer of the router and asked for help. They informed me that my computer had been hacked and a trojan file was place on my computer ([redacted]) and the antivirus software was not running. The router manufacturer had to clean up my computer again and they put a secure anti virus program recommended by [redacted]. They informed me that PC Experts were not a reputable company and many complaints from other customers had been reported.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded and the word put out there that these people are not who they say are.

Review: I received an email that states if I was not satisfied with the service I would get a full refund and that I should speak to [redacted] in the billing department. I requested a refund in a timely manner, in less than a week. I called and sent an email to the email address I was given. The number [redacted] said they would tell the billing department (ie. [redacted]) and he would call me back within ten minutes. I asked for the billing department number but they said they didn't have a billing number(????). I sent the email and followed up with a call when the charge appeared on my credit card. I was told they didn't get the email?? I did not receive it back and I resent it?? I was told the amount $299.99 had been credited. LONG story short-- The problem on the computer was not corrected and I had to go to HP. The charge was taken off for one billing period then the next month Citi Card put it back on when PC Experts resubmitted it. I feel cheated and have nothing to show for what they said they did.Desired Settlement: I expect the $299.99 to be fully refunded!!

Review: I bought an agreement with a company [redacted]. They tried to contact me yesterday after a year and tell me that my computer was infected with 40,000 trojans and tried to high pressure sell me into buying almost $900 worth of warranties to fix it. I called them back the next day to try and figure out what was going on and that my computer did in fact have NO Viruses on my computer at all. I demanded my money back because this company is a scam. I also found out that the original company [redacted] is no longer in business and that they changed their name to PC Expert 24/7 and moved from the Bronx to Flushing NY without informing me of any of this. They were very rude to me on the phone telling me to [redacted] and to [redacted] I have these conversations recorded.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for their fake services.

Review: I was referred to this PC Experts 247 Corp. by Cincinnati Bell Company located in Cincinnati, Ohio. I called their Customer service Dept. regarding an error message on my computer, the call was routed to their customer service center in Manila, Philippines. The lady I spoke with there was not very helpful, she said the problem was with my e-mail provider and gave me the phone number (###-###-####) supposedly for MSN-Support. I called that number and was connected with PC Experts 247 Corp. I said I do not understand how I was connected to them when it should be MSN-Support; I was told no worries they contract with MSN, and others to handle consumer problems. Over the years I have developed a relationship with Cincinnati Bell and placed my trust in their advice, so I allowed PC Experts 247 Corp. access to my computer. They told me the system had been hacked, I had serious problems and it was critical to repair those things to prevent further damage etc..Then came the sales pitch for repairs, protection plans etc..I became uneasy; Cincinnati Bell, MSN, or any other customer service provided by a company whose product you subscribe to requires no payment; I attempted to end the relationship with PC Experts 247 Corp at this time, they called multiple times, emailed me and my computer was still not working. I called Cincinnati Bell customer service back and spoke with a lady named [redacted] (Manila, Philippines) she assigned me a ticket number and told me this was wrong and should never have happened; she instructed me to call back at 4:30 pm when I returned home from work; give the customer service person the ticket number assigned and they could finish the process (She said I needed to have access to my computer for this). I got home, miraculously my computer was working (I do not know by whom or when the repair was done); I called the number she asked me to and spoke with [redacted] (Manila, Philippines) gave him the ticket number and he did not have a clue about what had happened or what needed to be done. It is my opinion there is problems concerning some people employed by Cincinnati Bell Customer Service, Manila, Philippines and PC Experts 247 Corp. in New York. PC Experts Corp. 247 certainly displayed (if not illegal) certainly unethical business and sales practices.Desired Settlement: I want a letter (no email) authorizing payment to a third party computer repair store of my choosing, to diagnose and optimize my computer system, and provide whatever software that maybe necessary to secure my computer. PC Experts 247 Corp. should also offer a sincere apology to me.

Review: Jan **-15 I purchased a supposed lifetime support plan of PC experts for my new ** Desk Tower. The Indian sales people seemed to be representing [redacted] and stated this several times, $199 lifetime. After they had my [redacted] info a sales man tried to sell me a extra $100 Trojan virus defender. I refused saying my [redacted] defender is enough. They had access to my computer and left a [redacted] back door access open for reentry. After the session PC expert then used the back door to shut down [redacted] defender and enter a Trojan virus that activated upon next start up. My New $700 ** computer crashed and I spent 40 hours on the phone with ** and waited 60 days for its return for repair from shipping $25 to the [redacted] plant. On getting it back I was contacted by PC experts and asked to buy the $100 Trojan defender again. So I paid the $100 and the smug salesman wisecracked ,see it 's always best you buy what we sell immediately. I then accused The creepy salesperson Richard of using the [redacted] back door to crash my computer ,he said prove it. The august PC expert salesmen call was using my [redacted] info to scare me into a $400 purchase of a free service is a crime and the authorities should be notified. I had to cancel all three of my credit cards from these cooks and they tried to charge $100 for [redacted] play on one of the cardIn august 2015 pc experts called me and said they were monitoring my computer and I needed to Buy $400 pc total 360 security system showing me virus lines in my software. After I saw the [redacted] name the charge would be credited to I refused the charge, I told them it was a free download they were trying to charge and scaring me into Purchasing. These people are [redacted] and I demand a refund. the $199 is now a yearly fee and The $100 [redacted] virus protection has disappeared from my computer.$25 [redacted] shipping the ** to [redacted].Desired Settlement: $199 refund + $100 Trojan virus defender refund, shipping $25 Total $324.00The time 40 hours I spent with HP and hassle of buying a new computer $500 Acer for the time I would be without the HP should cost $1,000 extra. If I am not refunded the $324 I will go to the NY LAw enforcement with total details of their $400 scam Total security 360
