The kid (maybe 14) came into our store to purchase a gaming computer that he could afford. We showed him one that was within his budget, and had him sit down and play one shooter games on it before He bought the system, after playing on it for a little while he said that this was the one he wanted .After the purchase he called to complain that the optical drive didn't work so we had him bring it back and we replaced with new one. Before he left and his mother had went to car he proceeded to cuss and yell at us saying he wasn't happy and wanted refund, we explained that thru out store is posted No Refund ,No Returns. Then he became threating and started yelling obscenities at my staff. We proceeded to ask him to leave ,at which time his mother came back in and apologies for his behavior. Then they both left ,its been over 30 days since we have heard anything from this customer, if  they would have called We would have been more than happy to fix any issues he had with system. My opinion is that the boy didn't get the system he really wanted ,so now he is trying to make us pay for it. And like I said before No Returns ,No Refunds!!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. Please respond here ONLY]I did not say I did not understand as in I didnt understand, I said I dont understand how you can say a working iPad is suddenly not working when it worked when I brought it in and they powered it up and it worked. They broke my iPad in the process of fixing it which happens with techs who are not careful. There still is a problem as no one stepped on the iPad unless it was done at PC Fixit. They were not there and its unacceptable to assume what happened without asking. I have a voice mail from the tech saying it worked until he took it apart and put it back together.Unless this company fixes the iPad I will see them in court.
