I know for a fact that the dates given for mowing are correctI never received a complaint until I attempted to collect moneyThere is no way I’m settling for the amount statedWe did the work that we agreed upon, mowing , not leaf clean up

 I'm not sure how blowing leaves into the side of someone's yard is your idea of mowing a lawn.  Again, if you had billed correctly as promised we wouldn't be in this disagreement.

 [redacted] did not complete the jobs he promised.  I called and left numerous messages regarding these jobs.  I was never given any return text or call until Saturday December 16th when he sent his first text requesting money.    Due to his disorganized billing and record keeping, my first "bill" was sent via text (see below) requesting $960.  He also acknowledged that he did not clean up the leaves he blew in the side of my yard for the entire fall.  Unfortunately I do not have the exact dates that [redacted] did mow my lawn.  When asked for the dates of those mowings, [redacted] listed every Thursday from June 8- November 10, 2017.  I didn't realize I needed to keep close track since he had not but I'm confident that my lawn was not mowed every Thursday nor did it need to be mowed weekly during the end of the summer but I am willing to pay him the first invoice (sent March 5, 2018) for $520 to resolve this issue which I believe is more than fair.  Page two of the invoice sent to me March 5, 2018 for the fall of 2017 describing "weekly maintenance" (November 3 was billed twice which increased the total bill to $1000) was not completed and that was acknowledged by [redacted] in the text below.  His "maintenance" consisted of blowing leaves into a pile in my side yard.  I called him prior to the first snow and requested they be removed but received no text or call back.  He never came to clean those leaves even after the snow melted as he stated he would in the text below.  Because of this, I have to pay my new landscaper an extra $100 over their typical spring clean up price.    Had [redacted] billed monthly as he stated he would upon hiring him and kept better record keeping we would not be in this disagreement.  I feel paying him $520 for the summer's mowings he claims he did last summer is more than fair and I will send that check in today's mail.

I’ve been in business 30 years. This is the second complaint and it’s always about the money. All the dates for mowing are  correct and were completed. I paid for all the expenses and would like to get paid in full. I never received any messages, good or bad, from her. I called her about...

pruning and she said it was done.
