Review: The company charged me 3 additional times for services rendered. I should have received 1 payment for $249.91 on the 26th of Decemeber. After the inital charge my card was charged 2 more times for 249.91 on the 28th of December & 1 more time on the 6th of January for $960. I contacted the company and they apologized and said they will issue me a refund immediatly. 2 weeks later no refund, I canceled my company card and I have to wait for a new one and [redacted] department is officially on the case.Desired Settlement: It's too late. They had plenty of time to correct the issue. They will need to address the complaint with[redacted].
Review: Owner had serviced my laptop, which came to him with all pieces intact, and gave it back to me with a vital piece missing. When I confronted him about it, he was extremely rude. He insisted that it was not his problem. So I requested a refund for the new charger he ordered for me (which could've been resold anyway) but he refused this as well. He told me to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and so here I am.

This customer brought in a [redacted] Laptop wish was diagnosed with a bad power supply charger. The charger was ordered and customer picked up. A week later, customer returns to store with another issue on her computer not relevent to initial issue. The new issue customer is having is a bad dc jack plug, wish was never touched by PC Guys Rus Staff. We will NOT issue a refund for the charger. We have posted all over store. No Refunds on all electronic parts that leave our store. NOTE Video surveillance on file
Also NOTE: The name address and phone number on this complaint is not on file as a customer with us. The original work order was for a 39.99 ac adapter. Customers issue now will cost her an additional 145.00. Someone pushed in the dc jack adapter into computer. Customer tryed blaming us. We at PC Guys Rus LLC strive in giving the best customer service. As we all know in the business. There are folks outhere that make false acusations to get free labor or items.
