Incredible Service!
My Lenovo Desktop computer screen had things that looked like bubbles moving around on it and the curser wouldn't stop moving around. So you couldn't click on anything. I took it to Odgen PCLaptops and their technician Tyler checked it out. He tried to disable the touchscreen but the curser wouldn't let him click on it to get to the settings. He found if he put the palm of his hand on the screen it helped a little but not enough. He had me put my hand on the other side of the screen at the same time he put his hand on the other side. It stilled the curser so he could go into settings and disable the touchscreen.

He did all that in like 5 minutes! And if that wasn't enough he didn't charge me either!

***, I apologize for the experience you had in our store. At PC Laptops, we always do free virus and malware scans to determine if that is the cause of the problem you are having with your system. In this case, you already knew you had a virus so there was no reason why we needed to do a... complimentary scan. While we always do free scans and diagnostics, we do not repair computers for free. I understand your frustration at driving up and it seems we should work on the wording of our advertisements in the future to avoid any further confusion.We're sorry we couldn't be of more assistance and we will work on making sure all of our employees are able to express the difference between a free evaluation and a paid service going forward. I am rejecting this response because: Andrew W*** claims that I am satisfied I am not, but there's nothing else I can do about it unless I want to spend several hundred dollars on home backup support I still feel that this service was misrepresented to me as being included with what I was already paying MrW*** has given me his cell phone number to call at any time for help That may alleviate the problem in the future, but to state that "the client is satisfied" is a misstatement We'll see what happens
