Under the name *** *** *** these people have set a new low for customer serviceI tried buying a *** battery from them, which their site claimed was in stock: it wasn't, but I didn't find that out until after the order was placed and my card had been chargedI waited for a while...nothingI went to cancel the order by email contactThey responded, saying that new stock was expected in days but if I didn't want to wait, to confirmI confirmed: no reply; I brought the battery from amazon.com at a slightly higher price and had it literally the next dayDays later, a shipment notification from *** came; I emailed them again and thanked them for the free gift of a battery, pursuant to FTC rules regarding unsolicited shipments and that, while I was not obligated to return it pursuant to those rules, I would if they provided the means to do so entirely at their expenseThey promptly responded with a prepaid shipping offerI dropped the box off to UPS and a few days later confirmed their receipt via *** No refund from Tiger within their promised timeframeEmailed again: no responseDays later, credit silently issued to my card
Why are these fools still in business?

Terrible customer service Tiger Direct used to be way better I've purchased probably computers in years from them I will never buy another one through them now They LIE They sent me a computer that the hard drive crashed on day They say send it back and when we get it we'll send you another one (it used to work differently than this) So I told Ann Bernadette in customer service I could not wait and it was not my fault the hard drive crashed So she said she would send it off as soon as the old computer was registered with
UPS......LIAR She didn't When I called the next day and spoke with Ian, they say they don't do that So now Ian says they'll send off another BEFORE they receive my other computer and guarantee arrival yesterday (saturday).....I said, "you guarantee this?" .....Ian in the escalation dept says: "yes" it will be there Of course it never showed and tracking shows it's coming monday They people are absolute liars!! Tiger Direct is now dead to me

I ordered a Mac from this company. I've ordered 4 Macs from them over the past 3 years. The computer they shipped me had inferior specs to the one I ordered. They refused to honor the price on the one I ordered, refused to send me an email confirm our discussion, and I had to ask to speak to a supervisor 3 times. I've been holding 47 minutes waiting to speak to this jerk's supervisor,

A USB Superdrive was recommended by the MacMall sales representative I spoke with when I was purchasing my first Apple laptop... the MacBook Pro. The rep said I would not be able to play DVDs unless I purchased the USB Superdrive.  Unfortunately, I didn't understand the specs on the laptop I was purchasing from him well enough to know that it had a built in DVD player.  After spending hours trying to install the device on my laptop and hours on the phone with technicians, not one told me I didn't need the device. I finally took both to the Apple store and was told I already had a built in DVD player that was then activated.  I didn't know, but you would have thought the sales rep and the MacMall technician would have known that I didn't need the USB Superdrive.  Now I am past the 30 day limit on returning the $79 device that wasn't needed. I will warn others to beware if you don't know exactly what the capabilities of all of these products are!  Obviously, the MacMall sales reps and technicians don't!

What a waste of time and energy today trying to order a laptop from MacMall today. After ordering, I received an email from customer service saying that they can't sell Apple products directly to schools or to anyone if the school is paying for it. RIDICULOUS. So, it turns out that we cannot purchase anything Apple branded because of this bizarre stipulation. The vague, one-liner: "Some products are not available for sale to schools" is misleading and is completely incongruous with MacMall's advertising. They really should update the terms of sale to state that NO APPLE PRODUCTS can be purchased by educational institutions--not some, NONE. Moreover, I tried contacting MacMall via their online feedback page but none of the security codes worked. I tried it 2 dozen times with every different code that the site generated. Since I was getting nowhere with that, I tried using the live chat and waited at least forty minutes to be connected with someone. Never happened. Very poor!

Ever since [redacted] was purchased by PCMall the customer service, delivery of products and any fallow up with customer service is horrible. I've done business with [redacted] for years spending 10 of thousands of dollar annually. I will be looking for a new vender.
