Ok so 1st of all… Your new $29 plan is AMAZING! Unlmtd nationwide talk/text AS WELL AS Unlmtd US talk/text + 20G of data! Are you kidding me? You’re gonna put everyone else out of business! 🤣🤣🤣
Secondly, but more IMPORTANTLY…
ALAN, my agent, was incredibly helpful and if I may say, made this the best customer service I've ever experienced! He was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic which actually made our conversation FUN! I was even a bit sad that he helped us out so quickly because I was immensely enjoying our time spent conversing! lol

I was lied to in order to get me to buy this phone, and have had nothing but problems with it, and this company sinceAnd also, I have been completely ignored and disregarded since about all of the problems that I haveAs soon as I am able, I am leaving this company

Since I signed up with PC Mobile, it has been one issue after anotherTheir customer service team is inconsistently and poorly trained and 9/***
Today, I was forced to pay my bill days before the due date in order to gain access to use ANY of my phones servicesMy account was 100% current and up to dateTo be told that the only way you can use your phone is to pay in full before it is even due is nothing less than extortion in my mind
Will be leaving this company as soon as it is financially feasible (I have two lines and two new phones purchased that have to be paid off in full to get away from these *** ***) and would discourage anyone from using themPay a bit more and save yourself the constant frustration and time wasted on phone calls ***
