on 2/23/2016 to resolve issue and was unable to reach Mr [redacted] at [redacted]8. We left a voicemail so we can resolve the issue.
I have also attached the "Intake Form Disclaimer" that Mr [redacted] signed at the time of checking in his computer.
The reason for the repair was
"Customer upgraded to Windows 10 and is now having issues stating that Cortana and Start Menu are not functioning,
In store the system att-empted to log into the user account for >5 mins,
Customer would like us to reinstall Windows 7,"

I thought that I should share my great experience with PC Nerds,because their service was awesome! Last week I went there with my broken laptop(with the reference of one of my friend). I tried to fix it before,but unfortunately I couldn't do it.They asked me to wait only 3,4 hours.Yeah they did it! Very good and friendly service.Thank you very much.Highly recommending!
Review: I paid $149.00 to this establishment for a corrective Windows 7 repair. At NO time did they mention that they would uninstall other programs that initially came with the computer. They uninstalled multiple programs without permission. Once confronted they stated " You should have been told" but I was not & would not have agreed to pay $149.00 to have them uninstall another $300.00 in programs? They stated they were sorry for the inconvenience, but did install their own version of programs? When I stated I did not want their version, but rather the IMPORTANT ones that came with the computer they stated there was nothing they could do for me.Desired Settlement: They can pay the $300.00 for programs they uninstalled.
