Review: This company agreed to deliver a desktop computer in which we paid the first monthly installment of $120.00 to receive in seven to ten days. However, we never received the desktop computer. In my numerous attempts to reach the company for a refund, they ([redacted]) repeatedly hung up, put me on hold, and never returned my phone calls. This lasted for approximately two weeks. The supervisor's name is [redacted] and the phone number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: My company is in the process of disputing the funds with my bank. I would like this information to be made known to the public in the event that someone else seeks this service.
