My laptop was acting up daily and when I finally got sick of it, I was told that I needed to use the PC Paramedic I called and they told me to come in and they would fix it with no problems and they were going to be fair with their charges They want the customer to be happy with their work
I went in and they immediately diagnosed the issue and then told me all the better parts that would help me in the long run because I am just a basic computer user Very quickly, all my new parts came in and they cloned all of my old information and put it on my new and improved hard drive
So happy with the charge!!!!! Much less then I was expecting and my computer now runs again like a champ!!!!!!

After a $175 bill, my computer still is not working properly. The repair person said computer inside was cleaned of dust (he said dust had accumulated and was affecting the compressor) and a couple of viruses were removed. I brought computer home and in a day it was the same problem - running extremely slowly.

I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the customer service with [redacted] and his staff at PC Paramedic in [redacted] I have had multiple issues with my HP desktop in recent weeks, all of which revealed themselves after they had it fixed. They have been determined to get my PC back up and running no matter how many hours they had to put into it, all of which was done either at a discounted price or no charge! [redacted]'s commitment to customer satisfaction is off the chart in this day and age, and I will always gladly refer people to him for their computer repair needs.
