I was stuck without a power cord, happy to find PCP and they delivered a power cord in two days for regular price. it saved my trip and my business. I will keep this company as my favorite
Review: I ordered a laptop charger and battery from this vendor. I looked for the product for months and when I called he said it was sent and delivered, He also stated a trace was placed on the package. In speaking with the agent on the phone I was never able to speak to a supervisor or the owner of the business. I was given the run around every time I called. I asked for rich battery to assist me in getting my product, I was told a trace and track on the package. I recently got off the phone with the post office and was told that no trace and track was ever placed on the product . The vendor has no intentioin of ever delivering any customer service nor answering the concerns of those who spend money with him. I have contacted my lawyer and will be going forward.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back as I have recieved nothing. This a strange world I live in giving businesses free money.
Review: I received two defective products from this company. I ordered a battery which after trying three time would not fully charge and a computer charger that smoked when plugged in. I had to call the company a total of 5 times to get the manager to give me the proper information to return the items. He agreed to give me a full refund of all the money I originally paid the company including shipping because I agreed to pay for the return shipping. After promptly returning their products, I received a refund for the products but not the shipping cost. I called and sent multiple emails which were never responded to.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the remaining balance owed (12.90).
Review: I ordered a laptop [redacted] for a [redacted]s. The [redacted] that I received was not the same model number as described in my order. My laptop requires [redacted]. The [redacted] I received was model# [redacted] for a [redacted]s. Also, the [redacted] doesn't work. I called [redacted] twice for resolution. The rep refused to send a return shipping label or refund the full cost of the defective [redacted]. Even after speaking with a "supervisor" the company refused to refund the full dollar amount or send a shipping label to return the defective item. At this time it is well within their 30 day return policy.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the total dollar amount charged for the product $41.85. I will gladly return the product to the business if I am provided with a proper shipping label.
Review: I ordered a black macbook AC adapter with an L connector that is a different style than the apple adapter. They sent me a cheaper white apple style AC adapter with a T connector.Desired Settlement: I wish to be sent the product that was advertised, a black alternative style macbook ac adapter with a L connector that is compatible with a MC373LL/A laptop, and I wish for them to pay for the return of the item they sent me that was not what I ordered. Or I wish for them to pay for the shipping to return the item and issue a full refund.
