I want to apologize to ***, we learned that here initial computer was damaged on December 18, and sent a recall label to herWe received the damaged computer on December 23, and because of the holidays was not able to send a
replacement until January 8, That is the last indication that *** was not satisfied with the replacement product

I had no issue with the internet I shipped my computer in to get fixed called in asked for a supervisor first thing, when you call them they transfer you to technical support who never calls you back. I was switch to them anyway.got the so called owner of the company who wouldnt let me speak was rude im not the only person who was on the call who heard him. I tried explaining about how bad his employees were as I have been hung up on lied to about calls back, which the owner himself said he call back in 20 mins never did.he also stated he never spoke to me before another lie cause when the keyboard broke he extended our warranty. All I was calling for was to see where my computer was cause they had it near a month no information on what was going on. They were supposed to have shipped it out the 12 of October still no computer. Big question where is my computer I paid for and they were supposed to fix

From my records, the customer ordered a desktop computer on June 5 and was shipped on June 8. On August 13th I have a notation that there was a issue with a keyboard and a replacement was shipped....

On September 16th I have a notation that the system will no longer power on. I cannot address here issues about the owner lying, not specific enough. We provide refurbished computers not internet - when things do not work properly we make every effort to address the issue and try to act professionally with reasonable people.
